Condo was perfect for our stay. Great location In Princeville. View was great. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Washer and dryer in unit was very useful. Unit is a little outdated but didn’t bother us any. Condo came with some chairs/ umbrellas and beach toys. Definitely recommend this condo for the price!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs. We’ve stayed here before, but this was our first time in an oceanview unit—and it felt like such a treat. While the unit isn’t modern, it’s comfortable, well‑maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay, including full kitchen necessities, umbrellas, beach chairs, and even a boogie board. The layout and size were perfect for our family of six, offering plenty of space to gather together as well as room for privacy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing ocean view is highlight of this condo. Boogie boards and snorkel masks have seen too many tourists, best to rent your own. We found 4 cockroaches during our 10 day stay, not pleasant, but I understand they can be a problem.
