Your holiday home "Villa BlueBay" is located in the southwest of Cape Coral in a quiet and preferred residential area. Very centrally located. The marina, Cape Harbour, Beach, Rotary Park and the nearest supermarket 'Publix' is just a few minutes. The house is situated in a cul de sac, very quiet and is mainly frequented by the locals. Ideal for children to play. The Villa BlueBay is located in the Yacht Club Area and is located on San Diego Canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. No bridges or locks in just a few minutes you are on the river.
The family-friendly holiday villa "BlueBay" offers a living area of ​​145 sqm and approximately 930m² reason sleeps up to 6 people. The villa is divided into 3 bedrooms, a living-dining area with open kitchen and utility room. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans.
The 3 bedrooms are furnished stylishly and with great attention to detail. The master and queen room were tiled in August 2018. The twin room is carpeted.
The comfortable master bedroom with great views to the pool has a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with bath and over shower and a walk-in closet. The bed is equipped with high quality mattresses. The bathroom has plenty of space for bathroom accessories and has a hair dryer.

The stylish and light-filled Queen Bedroom is equipped with quality mattresses and a flat-screen TV set and features a large walk-in closet. Nice ambience to relax and unwind.

The Twin Bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a comfortable box spring mattresses (90x200). The sunny bedroom with views of the San Diego Canal has a large walk-in closet.

The second bathroom / guest bathroom is located between the queen and twin bedroom with a large walk in shower area (walk-in shower). The modern bathroom has enough space and is also equipped with a hairdryer.

The spacious living area with open kitchen and dining area is tiled.
The exclusive and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, granite leaves nothing to be desired. Microwave, ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine Tassimo (capsules) and a side by side refrigerator with integrated freezer.
The dining area has a great view of the pool area and saltwater canal. The Galsschiebetürelemente you can open and thus have a direct access to the lanai.

The living area was renewed in August 2018.
Our new sofa landscape, with large flat-screen TV, airplay music system (for iPad, iPhone ..) for indoor and outdoor area invites you to relax. The large glass sliding doors offer a wonderful view of the pool area and connect the indoor and outdoor area.
The cozy lanai and pool area are paved. For relaxation are available for you sun beds, a modern Lounggruppe and a dining table for 6 people and a BBQ grill ready. The pool area and lanai are protected by a cage.
The pool is oriented to the southeast and electrically heated.
Large garden with private boat dock and nice neighbors.

In the utility room has a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The large garage offers direct access to the house and has various accessories (air mattresses, Schwimmnudeln, fishing, balls, etc.) for the pool area.
Parking is available directly in front of the garage entrance.

On-site support, our German-speaking and competent property manager will instruct you in the house and can offer tips and advice.

Amazing Indoor Outdoor Living Home

My family and I enjoyed this lovely home for two months. The pool was perfect, watching the sunrise while drinking coffee on the patio was energizing and the house was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed. Ralf, the manager, was immediately responsive on the few occasions we needed him and was as nice as could be. We found the living room furniture/sectional was uncomfortable and needs replacing and the master bedroom king mattress also but can easily be rectified so a 5 star review is still warranted. Would definitely recommend this house to my friends. Thank you!!

Sweet Bungalow

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I brought my 3 and 6 year old children. The lanai and pool deck were perfect. The kitchen had Tupperware and sharp knives which we really appreciated. The garage was equipped with pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs and parasols. The house is a mile from the rotary park whicH is great for kids. Safe, quiet neighborhood. If you have the opportunity, bring your paddle boards to explore the extensive and very calm canal system. The shades aren’t very good, so you’ll need to bring sleep masks. Also the information booklet was in German (not also translated to English) and we were hoping to find the light switch to the pool for an evening swim but no big deal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Check in process was easy

During our two weeks day we had over countless emails and phone calls between the homeowner and Property Manager. I will say both were extremely easy to get in touch with. The home was not to the standard we expected. We had numerous concerns and issues. First and foremost there were no smoke detectors. The garage door opener did not work. Loveseat was falling apart underneath. Showerheads were disgusting. Guest room TV Xfinity box did not work. Happy to say all of these things were addressed and taken care of as soon as they could. Property Manager was very easy to work with. He brought new smoke detectors and installed them. Had showerhead replaced etc. etc. In the homeowners defense they have not been able to travel to their Florida home in over two years. I’m sure if they saw how their home looked these issues would’ve been addressed. New ceiling fans are needed and the main TVs volume is not good. We have definitely learned valuable lessons when it comes to renting again. Unfortunately would not return to this home.

Thanks for your review. All feedback is important to us and we want to address your issues. Our house corresponds to our object description. We agree with you on the smoke detector. The smoke detector is part of the rent and the attachment was missing. We replaced the smoke detector for you within a day. The garage was accessible at all times with the code switch on the garage. Only the hand transmitter for the garage was defective and that happens with electronic devices. The hand-held transmitter for the garage is not part of the rental agreement or our property description. We want our guests to feel comfortable, which is why we got you a new hand transmitter. The Xfinity Box in the Queen Room is down. Such disturbances can also occur. We immediately reported the error to the seller and a new box was delivered within 2-3 days. They lived in the house with two people. We have a total of 3 Xfinity boxes in the house and in the other rooms you could watch TV at any time. After you checked out you informed us that you did not use the queen room. The shower heads were fine and functional. It was silver alloy that had chipped off the shower head. Here, too, we have complied with your wishes and replaced the shower heads immediately. The ceiling fans and the sofas are absolutely fine. The couch is new. Only some dust protection material came off the bottom of the sofa. This happens because of the humidity in Florida. The dust protection fabric has been renewed. Our feedback You have not complied with our house rules. We have provided you with the required registration form in digital form and in writing. Even after reminding us, you did not return the application with the legitimation data. They left the house early without an agreed check-out. You only informed us and our property manager after your departure. You haven't paid for your electricity consumption either.

Super Ferienhaus

Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft von Herzen gerne weiter. Wir Erwachsenen als auch die Kids (4&9) haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt! Wir haben alles vorgefunden was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Tolles Wasserspielzeug für die Kids im Pool, Wasser-/ Eisspender am Kühlschrank, sogar Kaffeefilter und Pulver war schon vorhanden. Die Küche war generell bestens mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht vom Milchaufschäumer bis zur Bratpfanne. Alles super sauber und auch ein easy Ablauf mit dem Housekeeper vor Ort. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub und liebe Grüße an alle zukünftigen Urlauber ;)

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Unser Urlaub im Haus war sehr erholsam.Dies lag wohl auch daran, das wir morgens den ersten Kaffee am sehr schönen Pool genossen haben. Den wir natürlich nicht nur morgens genossen haben sondern auch viel Spass im Pool hatten. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage, und bietet alles was wir als kleine Familie benötigten. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, alles sauber und bietet viel Platz um die Zeit zu genießen. Die Beschreibungen und die Bilder in FEWO-DIREKT spiegeln alles genau wieder. Florida Reise

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Die Lage ist logistisch für Inselbesuche und Bootstouren vorteilhaft. Für einen aktiven Familienurlaub ist vieles in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar. Der Verwalter Ralf ist deutschsprachig und vor Ort telefonisch gut erreichbar. Die Besitzer waren ebenfalls per Mail präsent und haben sich bei Defekten im und am Hause zeitnah gekümmert. Es war eine schöne Zeit und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder. Danke!

Nice and Clean!

This home was very clean and well stocked with towels and bedding. Kitchen was well supplied as well. The home is very functional and we really enjoyed the open feel of it, the whole one side is sliders so you could see out to the pool. The exterior of the home could use some cleaning/ updates. The landscape is very overgrown. The pool was very clean, cold when we got there but we were able to turn the heat up. The lounge chairs by the pool are not the most comfortable but the patio sets were very nice. Overall this is a nice home and was very functionall.

Excellent Home Away From Home

I enjoyed a weeks stay in this very comfortable and spacious home. Everything was just as advertised. Plenty of room and very comfortable beds. The location was great, vety close to the marina at the Westin with all of the restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay again!

Great vacation getaway

Best appointed VRBO we have seen!

We stayed for two weeks in this house and enjoyed the pool so much! The kitchen is furnished, appointed better than any we have rented in the US, Mexico, Spain, or Portugal. The pool is large and comes with many pool toys! The grill on the lanai is powerful and works well! I can easily recommend this unit.
