Welcome to Villa Tropicale! A luxurious 3 bedroom + den and 2 full bathroom home. There is also a pull out couch in the living room not pictured! Villa Tropicale has recently received some updates including new countertops, Bathrooms and floors. There is also a game room/office with an air hockey table and large TV. All TVs in the home are smart and there is free wifi available. The kitchen is well appointed and offers ample space. There is a beautiful seperate dining room and breakfeast area as well.The home is clean, modern and spacious and recently refurnished. Villa Tropicale is in a very quiet and convenient northwest Cape Coral neighborhood minutes away from the best shopping and dining Cape Coral has to offer. There is a Private pool pool that is heated and protected by a lanai cage. Villa Tropicale is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, amenities, privace and location to enjoy beautiful southwest florida!
