The Summit @ Beaver Lake

Secluded lake house with private dock located on Beaver Lake. We are close to the dam, White River and short drive to downtown Eureka Springs. This house features a beautiful fire pit to gather at night with friends and family. We are right around the corner from Starkey Marina. The Corp of Engineers does not allow to rent any of my available boat slips. This house is famous for its sunsets.

*Rest assured that we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Perfect for a stay vacation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families.

Another great stay!

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as wonderful as last year! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, swim dock is fantastic. Owner is quick to respond and great to work with. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home!

The Sensational Summit!

This property has everything you could want for on a vacation weekend at beautiful Beaver Lake. The amenities are wonderful, and also there's an incredible dock to swim at or fish from. The Summit was perfect for our family! We had 6 adults and 3 kids. The deck was roomy and the deck furniture (dining table with chairs and several adirondack style seating and rockers) was comfortable and perfect for relaxing and visiting while enjoying the gorgeous view of Beaver Lake! The pictures online don't do this place justice. We enjoyed walking to the private large dock and deck. Close to downtown and Thorncrown chapel! Great communication with the host!

We stayed at this property after Christmas and through the new year. The house and the property is gorgeous, well-maintained, and perfect for our family of 5. The layout of the house allowed for each person to have their own space, while also allowing for full gatherings in the main areas, on the decks, and outside in the woods or on the beach. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked with amenities, everything was clean, and anything we needed was available at our fingertips. Deer sightings, marshmallow toasting, and beautiful sunset viewing. Contact with the owner was easy. Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

Wonderful home for families!

Had a great time with our family of 8 adults, 6 yr old and 1 yr old! Perfect home layout, quiet, and the amenities were terrific. House was so comfortable, from the beds/mattresses to the couches and deck chairs. Appreciated the use of the pack & play, high chair, and stroller for the baby. Patrick was always quick to respond with any questions I had and made the process easy! Perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing getaway holiday! This place is perfect for anyone! It does have stairs but had an amazing gate, and plenty of toys and other items. We decided to go to eureka but forgot our stroller they had one ready to go! Plenty of bathrooms and the most beautiful view. We loved the outdoor fire pit and they had wood cut and ready for us to burn. Fully stocked dishes and seasons. Even snacks if you forgot which we replaced when we hit the cutest grocery store in eureka! Do not skip out on this one. Last house on the block so perfect place for getting away and being able to unplug. Even had a cute box to lock all electronics in. I can go on and on but y’all just don’t hesitate.

Best house ever!

This house is amazing! Everything that went into building this house was well thought out. It's beautiful and in a wonderful location. The inside and outside invite you to linger and relax. The home owners are also amazing. They were easy to get into contact with and very helpful. They checked in just to make sure everything was ok with the house and were available at any time for any questions. It was wonderful to deal with a homeowner that is so happy to help. Our family spent Christmas in this house and we are all looking forward to spending some time in the fall there. Our group was made up off all adults, including one college student. There are two seperate "gathering" areas which worked really well for the college student who waned to watch his own things on TV. We loved this house and cannot wait to visit it again!

We booked this property after the property manager of another property we had booked canceled our group of eight within 48 hours of arrival. I found Patrick’s property online and it matched up with a lot of what we wanted so we booked last minute. The property is everything as described, and feels like you’re staying in a family or friends home. Very cozy and homey. We had an unexpected power outage while there and Patrick was very responsive when we texted and immediately got on Facebook and communicated what was being said about the power outage to us. All of us had a wonderful stay and would stay there again if we’re in the area.

Out side of not having TV’s in all the bedrooms you can check all the boxes and when I say check all the boxes I truly mean it! You might want a hot tub but that’s asking for a little much but you can always want for more. I want you to know I loved this place with or with out those things I will definitely be back. I don’t think there is one thing more that you could want for. From start to finish you will be pleased, It is very well stocked from charcoal to toilet paper and shampoo and conditioner. My extra plus comes with cleanliness and you got that too. Decor was done with excellent taste that made you feel at home. It would hard to find a nicer place with nicer folks. You will have no regrets!

Couldn’t have been nicer!

Our family had an incredible time at the Summit! We could not have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful place to stay. We ate all our meals on the porch overlooking the lake. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything you need plus more. There’s plenty of parking, a great outdoor fire pit area and a large swim dock where we spent most of our time. It’s very close to Starkey marina by boat or car and in a very peaceful cove. Patrick was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

The Summit at Beaver Lake was beautiful and the view was amazing! On arrival we found it immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with towels, movies, and everything you need to cook for a big crowd. The kids had a blast fishing at the dock and swimming. The fire pit provided plenty of s’mores. The host and manager could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for sharing your home! This house has it all !!

Not only does this home have the most amazing views of Bever Lake, it was well equipped with everything you could need. A first class retreat ! A huge bonus was all the kid gear and toys. Our kids had hours of endless play down in the media room / bunk room zone. Highly recommend! We will return.

This home was built to get away from the city. It was named The Summit as a joke among old college buddies that began meeting annually to discuss the issues of the world. Summit- A conference of the highest level of officials, to take part of a summit meeting. I tell you this because you may ask why its called The Summit and located at the bottom of a hill.

What makes this property unique

There are so many things to do in NW Arkansas but we've found that staying right here in our little point of the lake is the best. Although this home is connected to the world by high speed Internet, it provided you with an opportunity to completely disconnect.
