Vacation, Work from Home, Sunshine and Great Hiking!

Welcome to our long term vacation rental! We are located at the Fountains in Scottsdale Ranch. Walking distance to Scottsdale Ranch Park and Mercado (At Scottsdale Ranch) with restaurants, drugstore and coffee shop. Our condominium is located on the 2nd level with high ceilings and windows to let in the sunshine. The pool is a very short walk from our door. The pool is heated year round and surrounded by a pond, fountains and beautiful landscaping.

As you enter our condominium the living room is to your right. The dining area and kitchen are to the left. Down the hallway on the right is the guest bedroom and on the left is the guest bathroom. Further down the hallway on the left is the washer and dryer. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway. There is a master bathroom and a back deck outside the sliding doors of the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped. All the furniture, bedding and towels are just two year old. We have only used the condo during the winter months since purchasing the condo two years ago. There is a smart TV, with access to local channels, Amazon and Netflix. There is a single car garage for your use.

The Fountains is not a large condominium complex, conveniently located to the airport, shops, hiking and biking trails. You are able to enjoy WIFI when sitting out on our front patio.
