The spacious balcony comes furnished so you can spend as much time outside enjoying the beach views as you do inside. The dining area seats eight with additional seating around the breakfast bar. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware to make your favorite meals from the comfort of your condo.

The master bedroom includes a luxurious king bed, large closet, and a private bathroom with both a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and adjoined bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom boasts two full beds with easy access to the common bathroom.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout Checklist: PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE LINENS IN BATHTUBS- leave in piles on the floor. Do not do laundry, please. Strip beds, take out all trash (Garbage chute by the elevator).
Load and start dishwasher, and return armbands to the basket. There will be a $20 per band charge for any unreturned armbands. This will be charged to your card on file.
