Situated in a quiet residential enclave, this recently upgraded home is within minutes of Manatee Park, Six Mile Cypress Preserve, Sun Splash Waterpark, Yacht Club Park, Lovers Key, Tarpon Point Marina and more! A great place for family & friends, you will love this home away from home in the heart of Fort Myers!

Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this two bedroom home includes a newly remodeled kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with comfy sofa. Private backyard, patio, onsite parking, smart HDTV, high-speed WiFi and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on Homeaway. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

The home has two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen and living roomvery nice.The property is located in a nice neighborhood. You can take nice walks to theRiver to see the Sunsets or just take a nice stroll.Stores, restaurants and Edison Mall is close by. Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are close by everything is so convenient to the property.

Great Time in Fort Myers

We had a great time in Fort Myers. The property was very clean and convenient. The only problem we had was with the TV...couldn't figure out how to get to regular channels like ABC.
