The Space: Traverse City has an incredible amount of great restaurants, but if you decide to stay in, kitchen essentials (utensils, cooking tools, basic cookware, and dishes) are provided. We also provide some coffee to get your first days off to a great start .Our in-unit washer/dryer and basic laundry supplies will help you refresh your clothes and adventure gear on longer stays.
Walk or bike downtown, or hop on the TART Trail for some beautiful natural scenery. This central location is a perfect starting point for taking advantage of all Traverse City has to offer, 5 minutes from the Cherry Capital airport.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. Wonderfully appointed and great communication from host. The location cannot be beat. The bed was also very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. Will stay again.
Location-wise, this property is ideal. It exceeded our expectations with a family of four. It’s within walking distance or a short drive of downtown shops, local attractions, and the beach. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
We loved everything about our stay! The accommodations were clean, neat, and everything we were expecting. The communication with Katy was by-far the best customer service we have ever experienced. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo for 2 with loft as bedroom as great room darkening feature for sleep at night and light during the day. Very clean, great location near the TART bike trail and near downtown. For cyclists, this was quite a treat.
Very good, Parking is tight but all of Traverse City is that way. We either walked into town or rode our bikes as the TART trail is just south of the condo.
My friend and I stayed at this property for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place! Be aware that it’s not within walking distance of downtown, but Ubers we’re very reasonable. The neighborhood was quiet and the unit was clean and comfy!

This is our second stay at this location and we simply LOVE it! It is centrally located to downtown and all attractions but has a less crowded feel with assigned parking, which is a wonderful bonus. Fully equipped, cute and the owners can’t be beat for communicating every thing clearly. Did I mention a bottle of wine awaited us along with a nice welcome card? Doesn’t get any better!

Nice Townhouse in a Disappointing Location
We booked this property for 12 days while in Traverse City for a horse show. It was advertised as being within close proximity of downtown, but was actually in a residential neighborhood too far to walk to the downtown area. We liked everything about this - new and nicely appointed - except the location, and the very tight parking lot. If you don't mind having to drive to get anywhere or do anything, this would be a good option. The Mgt Company was very responsive and helpful.
Honestly this little apartment was a perfect getaway for my wife and I on our 1 year wedding anniversary. It was clean, and laid out well so the small space seemed larger. We found it quite comfortable to relax in the couch or bed after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. The property manager Katy was very helpful. She responded really quickly when we had questions, and made sure we got settled in. Location was perfect as well, real close to down town Traverse City. But it was far enough away that the noise and bustle of traffic wasn’t annoying. It was perfect for my wife and I, however for groups of 3-4 it might be a bit small. The couch does pull out to make another bed, but doing that takes up your living room space. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely book with them again.
The property was very clean and well decorated. Its great to have a private parking space and entry to building was easy to use. Loved the the ease of closing the upper blinds. Good lighting options in the building. Some negatives was that the property was very close to the road and the cars were loud going by. Fortunately the traffic noise was non existent at night. Also the shower was not very spacious and hard to maneuver within .Not much you can do about that.
The property manager was very accommodating and responsive with communication. They even took delivery of an item we overnighted because we forgot it and dropped it off while we were out. The place itself is very nice and they clearly pay close attention to the details and essentials that might be needed during your stay. The location is quaint and is a very short drive or bike ride to downtown Traverse City. We really enjoyed staying here! It was PERFECT for the two of us. Highly recommend!
