Great community full of regular snowbird renters finding fun in this warm, safe and friendly Arizona gated community.

This is a two bedroom two bath condo located next to one of the four pools in this community. This condo is a single story bottom floor with two bedrooms and two baths in prime location.

Master bedroom has eastern king size bed with attached bathroom fully remodeled. The master has a wall mount 58” smart TV, full closet and plenty of storage space.

Second bedroom has queen size bed and view of the front patio. This bedroom is a great place for your guests to stop in to visit while feeling like home.

The kitchen is recently remodeled and equipped with dishwasher, oven, electric stove, microwave, large sink and fridge/freezer. The condo is equipped with wireless high speed internet thru out. Sit down in the living room on the comfy couch for movie night on the smart TV mounted above the wood fireplace.

This condo has an attached single car garage with in-unit washer & dryer. Enjoy the view of the pool #2, from the patio, which is walking distance away.

It’s a snow bird destination with tons of amenities near-by. There’s tons of restaurants and shopping right outside the gates. It’s also only 10 minutes to the casino. You also have direct access to the river from the community marina. Like fishing, grab your pole and drop a line. This river has bass, catfish, crappie, salmon, blue gill and carp.

Everything you need is right here. Bring your clothes, come relax and have some fun.

We spent 3 months in this lovely condo. Everything was there that we needed for day to day living. Our contact Rich was very prompt to respond on the few times we had questions. It is a great location for everything we did from golfing to entertainment Highly recommend

Excellent instructions as to location and unlocking property were very simple. Supplies including dishes, cutlery, cooking supplies, misc. soaps and paper supplies perfectly adequate. We had a great time. Weather a little windy ,it would be nice if we would of had a signed parking area in front of the condo people that have more then one vehicle stationary made it a little difficult.
