The "CITY ATELIER" In Moltkestraße is a chic, modern and fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in a beautiful, listed townhouse in a prime central location, just 2 minutes walk from the pedestrian area. Separate bedroom, located to the quiet courtyard, with double bed (180 cm wide / separate mattresses), modern living room with dining area and kitchen, bright bathroom with shower and toilet. The living area has a sofa bed that can be used to sleep separately, or sleep for one more person. The apartment is for max. 3 persons suitable. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-zone ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer. All necessary kitchen utensils for the preparation of small dishes are available. Amenities include a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. The apartment has wireless internet access, flat screen TV and radio CD player. The bathroom has a hair dryer, toilet paper and soap. Sheets, towels and kitchen towels are provided. The nearest supermarket and bakery are only a few steps. In the immediate vicinity are numerous small restaurants, cafes and bars. Cinema, theater and concert hall are only a few meters away for evening entertainment.

Zentrumsnah, spartanisch, belebte Gegend

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, man ist schnell im schönen Zentrum von Freiberg. Es ist kein Problem mal schnell um die Ecke was zu Essen zu holen oder anzusehen. Ohne Auto. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Das Auto kann man vor der Tür beladen, aber nicht Parken (Parkzone), dafür gibt es einen Stellplatz in 2 Minuten Entfernung. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Als wir länger auf den Plastikstühlen oder dem Sofa saßen, um uns Abends auszuruhen, tat uns leider immer der Rücken weh. Hier raten wir, nachzubessern. Das Schlafzimmer ist eng, die Matratzen aber super! Man sinkt durch Körperwärme leicht ein, das war sehr erholsam. Empfindliche Reisende sollten sich Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, mehrere (Musik-)Kneipen in der Nähe sind schon mal bis 2 Uhr laut oder man telefoniert lautstark früh 7 Uhr auf der Straße. Das Bad ist Mini, es fehlen Abstellmöglichkeiten und Harken um eigenen Gegenstände unterzubringen. Fazit: Für einen Kurzurlaub gut geeignet, für längere Aufenthalte sollte man das Budget entscheiden lassen.

Klein aber Fein

Style und Ambiente wie wir es lieben. Alles da und sehr sauber. Die Lage in der Stadt ist attraktiv und interessant. Wohnung ruhig und hell. Ideale Lage um schnell an die vielen Wanderwege zu gelangen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen. Leider mussten wir wegen eines Unfalls in der Stadt einen Tag früher abreisen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Prima Lage, nahe Altstadt und Bahnhof.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Komfort. Wohnung gut aufgeteilt, nett eingerichtet. Ruhiges Schlafzimmer, gutes spanisches Tapas-Restaurant im Haus. Zentraler Punkt für schöne Ausflüge zum Schauinsland oder ins Elsass. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sehr engagiert um alle Fragen und hat gute Tipps. Abstellmöglichkeit fürs Auto in einer Garage in der Nähe haben wir gerne genutzt.

Wohlfühlort im Zentrum von Freiburg!

So nah am Geschehen und trotzdem nicht laut, wenn man die Fenster schließt, das nenne ich einen Glücksgriff! Supermarkt, Bäcker, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in greifbarer Nähe! Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, ist hell und freundlich und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Egal, in welche Richtung man sich bewegen möchte, diese Wohnung erlaubt kurze Startwege, sodass man auch Tagestouren zu Fuß gut planen kann. Wir haben uns in diesem Nest super wohlgefühlt!

Direkt in der Innenstadt, perfekte ÖPNV-Anbindung, guter Zustand, ruhige Nachbarn in dem Apartment, wenn auch auf der Straße teilweise etwas lauter (Studentenviertel). Insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Moltkestrasse Freiburg

Eine saubere Wohnung mit einer netten Vermieterin. Das es bis in die 2Etg. Altbau in total 46 Stufen sind, hätte mich abgeschreckt. Die Garage ist in einer anderen Strasse, aber ok. Das spanische Lokal im Erdgeschoss ist im Eingang schmuddelig, aber das Essen ist gut. Die westliche Altstadt ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Cafe Auszeit ist klein, nett, schnell - aber nicht Sonntags auf. Die Radfahrer in Freiburg sind crazy - gut aufpassen!

Saubere Altstadtwohnung mit perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung war für unseren Urlaub perfekt. Direkt in der Altstadt. Alles zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Gleich 3 Bäckereien/Cafés in direkter Nähe fürs Frühstück. Die Wohnung selbst hat ein Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig nachts. Klar hört man ab und an die Nachbarn aber das war es auch schon. An Ausstattung ist nur das nötigste da, mehr braucht man aber auch nicht. Die meisten werden hier wie wir freiburgs Altstadt genießen und auswärts essen gehen. Wenn wir nochmal in Freiburg landen sollten, kommen wir gerne wieder
