We really enjoyed our week and the house had everything we needed. (Although as we had paid for the whole house it would have been better if two rooms had not been locked). The house was clean, modern, well-equipped and, most importantly, quiet. Alfons and Alexandra were welcoming and respectful of our need for peace. Thank you for letting us leave at 11.30am (due to my M.E.), it was very kind and we are very grateful. We hope to be back soon! Vielen Dank!

Wir sind begeistert! Sehr gepflegtes mit sĂ€mtlichen Extras ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. In jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher und ein eigenes Badezimmer, die Matrazen waren fĂŒr uns alle von sehr guter QualitĂ€t, so dass man prima schlafen konnte. Das ist nicht selbstverstĂ€ndlich :) Die KĂŒche war super ausgestattet, esszimmer und Wohnbereich ebenfalls. Der Garten Hundegerecht eingezĂ€unt, auch hier viele Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - inklusiver toller Ausflugtipps, die wir richtig wertvoll fanden.Wir kommen sehr gern wieder :)

Prachtig huis. Zeer comfortabel en meer dan compleet. Heerlijke bedden. Eigenaren zijn heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ondanks het op dat moment slechte weer werd er direct op ons verzoek gereageerd en werden de fietsen rijklaar gemaakt. Banden opgepompt en zadels versteld. Als er een minpuntje genoemd moet worden is het enige wat we konden vinden de helle verlichting in de huiskamer/keuken. Een paar sfeerlampen of dimmers op de plafond lampen zou misschien een tip zijn. De aanwezige kaarsen en natuurlijk de haard gaven veel warmte en gezelligheid. Wij zouden dit huis zeker aanraden.

Ein Ferienhaus zum WohlfĂŒhlen!

Ein sehr gepflegtes, durchdachtes Ferienhaus mit einer geschmackvollen, hochwertigen Einrichtung und einer Top-Ausstattung. Insbesondere die vollausgestattete KĂŒche und die tollen BĂ€der und WCs haben uns begeistert. Die bequemen Betten und nett zurecht gelegten HandtĂŒcher in mehreren GrĂ¶ĂŸen stĂŒnden manchem Hotel gut. Wir haben uns alle wĂ€hrend unseres dreitĂ€gigen Aufenthalts sofort sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt. Sehr nette Vermieter, die in unmittelbarer NĂ€he wohnen und im Fall der FĂ€lle ansprechbar sind. In idylischer Lage und mit großzĂŒgigem Außenbereich inkl. mehreren Terrassen. Der Blick auf die direkt angrenzenden Felder und die nahe WĂ€lder sind einmalig. Einzig das permanente Rauschen der nahen A1 könnte gerĂ€uschsensible Menschen speziell im Sommer stören. Wir waren im SpĂ€therbst da, so dass das GerĂ€usch der Autobahn aber im Innenbereich keine Rolle spielte. Sehr gerne werden wir wieder im nĂ€chsten Jahr in dieses tolle Ferienhaus zurĂŒckkehren wollen.

Wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Dieses Feriendomizil ist nur zu empfehlen. Es ist bietet viel Platz bei einer sehr liebevollen Einrichtung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, das Haus sehr sauber und die Umgebung lĂ€dt zum Entspannen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder - dann aber mit Sicherheit lĂ€nger als nur ĂŒber ein Wochenende.

zeer comfortabel vakantiehuis

Tijdens de kerstvakantie (2016) hebben wij met vrienden fijne dagen gehad in het vakantiehuis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Een comfortabel ingericht huis met een royale huiskamer een goed ingerichte keuken en als extra een goed functionerende houtkachel. De slaapkamers hebben goede bedden, de eigen badkamers zijn zeer praktisch ingericht. Kortom een huis om zeker nog een keer te huren.

We live with our two children (born in 2008 and 2010) and our Retriever in the neighbouring house (about 50 m) and look forward to families who want to enjoy a balanced family holiday (also with a dog), for example, while cycling. The large, enclosed garden with an open view of the field offers the best possibilities for this.

Why they chose this property

Feel at home as a family during your holiday. Particularly the baby corner makes it easier to stay with the smallest of guests - you do not have to change your baby on the ground...! When children are sleeping, you can enjoy the sunset in the field directly behind the large terrace in the evening. Watch deer, rabbits and pheasants from the terrace. The connection to the hiking and cycling network from Steinfurt is wonderful. Use the Ems for canoeing or the Franz-Felix Lake for sunbathing. Nearby there is a lot to experience (farms, zoos, climbing forest, fairy-tale forest, summer toboggan run, ...) - we would be happy to help you find suitable destinations.
