Note: Pool is open Memorial Day weekend thru Sept. You must bring all bed linens and towels.

Beautiful, Large 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath Home With Pool And Tons Of Space
Exceptional home with everything you need for the perfect vacation, including its own private pool!

Must be 25 years or older to rent this house - documentation of age required.

This property has two buildings connected by a 3-season room.

Building 1: Large 4-bedroom/3-bath central air ranch home with open concept - expansive kitchen with large pantry, living room and bright family room.

Building 2: Separate cottage includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sitting room and separate a/c units in each of the bedrooms plus the sitting room.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Florida room with screened windows, ceiling fans and comfy wicker seating connects the two homes and leads to a meditation garden and fenced-in private patio with gas grill, patio furniture, above-ground pool (open Memorial Day weekend thru Sept) and outdoor shower.

Close to Rehoboth Beach, Tanger outlets, go carts, mini-golf, water park, Cape May/Lewes ferry, Cape Henlopen, golfing, fishing, brewery & wine tours.

Drive or bike to Rehoboth Beach without ever using busy section of route 1.

Beach chairs, yard/beach games, pool toys, videos, board games.

Note: From mid-June through mid-September, we only do week-long rentals running from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year, we are flexible on check-in days.

This is the 3rd summer renting this house. The house is at a great location. close enough to everything but yet out of the way and secluded. We have had an excellent time every summer. The house has plenty of space to accommodate all 11 of us. We even have our reservation set for 2026 summer vacation!

Fantastic Time with Family

My Wife, Daughter and I stayed here for 2 straight weeks ans had out parents stop by at different times during the time there. It was a great time for all. There was so much room way more than rge pictures show. Everyone enjoyed there time with us as did we. We just left and are planning another 2 week trip next summer down here.

Great house with great yard too

House was very clean, well furnished and well stocked in every way from the kitchen to the supply of pool and beach toys. Spent most days floating around the pool and enjoying the large outdoor area. Highly recommend this house.

Family vacation

Lots Of Room accommodated our family very well. Had plenty of room to be together or to spend some quiet time. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool, they were in it as soon as we got there. Having the 2 refrigerator was a plus. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. All the bedrooms were very comfortable. Our family would rent this home again. By far one of the nicest home we have rented.
