We Love it here, and you will too! Florida home in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Gulf accessible canal, and dock space for a boat. Fenced in yard. Large, screened pool and lanai area with a 70" TV. Primary suite with a king bed, primary bath and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms on the opposite end of the house with queen beds in both and a full shared bath.

Mike was great , the best host we’ve had ! He made everything seamless. The house was amazing , the pictures didn’t do any justice . The house inside and out was immaculately clean as well as being stocked with plenty of supplies for our stay . The location is perfect, super quiet neighborhood with everything you need within a couple minutes . The views from the dock were superb. We saw dolphins, manatees and plenty of fish everyday !! The fenced in yard is perfect and the outdoor patio space is perfect for the whole family . We will definitely be returning !!

Absolutely Amazing

This has been the third time we have stayed at this property. I love that it is in a quiet neighborhood and we spent most of our time by the pool. It was a short drivable distance to everything we wanted to do and we saw porpoises in the canal. It was such a fantastic time.

Great Florida Home

Everything was perfect. Pool and outdoor surroundings are great! Home is clean, well equipped and met all my needs. Great Location! Close to golf courses, ocean and restaurants. Communication with owner is excellent. Would highly recommended.

Relaxing stay in quiet area

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Relaxed on lanai between short trips to FMB or Cape Coral beach. Many restaurants within 15 minutes. Exactly as advertised and communicating with owner was prompt and easy. Definitely hope to stay again!

We had a great stay at this home! Very clean, comfy beds, great pool, well-stocked kitchen. Great location for our needs. Relaxing Get A Way!

We had a great 5 weeks stay at Mike's house on the canal. The house has been completely remodeled and new appliances. We really enjoyed the (HEATED) pool and the big screen TV in the lanai! Mike was very easy to work with and we are definitely looking forward to returning.

Wonderful time away

The property is on a lovely quiet street. Easy to go on walks. Enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting out on the lanai. The view out the back is very relaxing. Mike the owner was great. Always there to help if I had any questions. I would definitely book again.

Great outdoor area

We really enjoyed the holiday weekend. we just wanted a quiet getaway with a pool and that's exactly what we got! Mike was great, responsive and funny! We fished off the dock and everyone caught something. Even saw dolphin the last day! We really enjoyed our weekend and you will too!

Tropical Oasis

Our stay was like being in a tropical oasis. Your home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Being on the lanai with the pool and lush landscape was so relaxing. Location made commuting to Pine Island, Sanibel & Fort Meyers so easy. Enjoyed our stay. Our dog loved the fenced backyard and dock. She gives your home 5 Bones! Thank you for a delightful vacation.

Property was exactly as listed. Location was in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book this again. There were other family members staying close in rentals and when they came by to visit fell in love with the house, location. Mike was very quick to answer any questions and help with anything. GREAT rental!!!

We had the best experience at this adorable Cape Coral canal home!! The description and pictures are 100% accurate - and don't really do the house justice. Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated with perfectly stocked kitchen. We spent 90% of our time on the lanai - which is set up to work as an entire extra living area!! Mike was absolutely great at communication and making sure our trip was fantastic. We will 100% rent this house again - looking forward to it.....you can't go wrong with this rental!!!!

Well appointed

The neighborhood is greAt! Folks are very friendly and helpful. Publix, Walmart, ABC liquor, restaurants all close by. Home is on a canal and is very quiet and peaceful. You will love staying here. Beaches are close by. We brought our dog and she loved the walks through the neighborhood. Very safe area. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware and all the necessary spices. The home is just as it is pictured on the website. No surprises.

Just alright

Pool was advertised as heated.. was set at 60 degrees on arrival. Only heats from 7-4pm so didn’t warm up the whole week we were there. Booking said pet friendly but there was no selection to say we had a dog.. maybe have to message owner before hand to let them know? Got charged a pet fee after the fact. Our dog chased a squirrel right thru the pool screen HAHA whoops thank goodness for insurance. Don’t see myself coming back to cape coma anytime soon.

Pet friendly, is correct. With pet rules that are and have been listed for years. Many...many guess have read and found the box to add the pet fee. As far as the heater and setting, it works well. It was set to 85 And is run with a automated controller. Not the reading on the heater. Heaters are designed to do about 1 degree an hour. So running a pool 10 hrs, means you can get 10 degrees above the evening temperature at 7am in the morning when the unit starts. However with the extremely cold weather, the guess though the heater would be able to compensate the pool temperature.

This home is exactly as advertised. The home is beautiful, equipped with everything you need and spotless. We spent 6 nights there with our friends from New Jersey. The pool was perfect. The dock had beautiful sunrises to enjoy your coffee in the morning and sunsets to enjoy your drinks at night. The neighbourhood was calm and quiet. Communication with Mike was easy. This was our first time on the Gulf side, but definitely not our last. Some beaches are a bit of a drive but when it's too hot to be at the beach, the pool was nice to have. I would recommend Cape Coral and highly recommend renting this beautiful home. Thanks for everything!

We loved our 2 week stay! You never know if a house is gonna be "as pictured" but the pictures shown are true to the house! VERY clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen with pretty much anything you could need, the tv in the linea area was awesome, pool was clean, and having the garage to be able to store a few of our things was great. A huge benefit for us was being able to bring our "fur baby". It's not always easy to find nice homes that will allow dogs. The yard was fenced all the way to the canal so she could roam free. Beaches are just a short drive. It's a great central location for either heading North or South to beaches. We brought our bikes and glad we did bc there's lots of good bike paths thru out the town. Mike was fantastic to work with! We absolutely will rent this house again!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Sunrise

The ease of locating this property using the application was seamless. The instant booking & premier partner was our preference. We were traveling in state, so we brought our fur babies. From the description & requirements it appeared a good fit with little deposit or extra free to do so. A well appointed kitchen made cooking easy. The bedrooms & bath were also well appointed. The washer & dryer are great. The pool, linai & fenced yard were excellent. However, the majority of the furniture was fully covered. The home was ready for hurricane season appointed with full shutters. It was somewhat dark throughout the house. They did state that you could remove the hurricane shutters, but I wouldn't want the responsibility. The listing stated that the dogs were allowed. However, upon arriving & reading the welcome book we were told to keep them off the beds & furniture.

The hurricane shutters, are supper easy and takes 10 mins, to walk around unlock and slide open. Our posting clearly states that dogs are very welcome! And it says that they are not allowed on the furniture or pool. Glad you enjoyed the house.

Great home, great pool, great spaces!

The pictures and description of this home are accurate but don’t highlight the quality and versatility of this home’s features. While it is not a massive home in square footage, it makes up for this with a large lanai outdoors and every desired amenity indoors. The rooms and outdoor areas are spotless and the pool area is just superb; landscaping is attractive and neat. The pool itself is sparkling clean and the outdoor furniture is comfortable and versatile to provide ample seating space while outdoors in the completely screened-in pool enclosure. The home is located on a canal but we didn’t have an interest in boating so that didn’t really impact us, but I’m sure it may be a major item to many people. Nonetheless, we saw manatees in the water several times and enjoyed watching the boats cruise on by, lending an air of relaxation and peacefulness. The kitchen area is much larger than the pictures seem to indicate. There is plenty of space for preparing and serving meals, and, although the dining table seats only four, there are two additional seats on the bench at the island (the lanai table seats 6 with additional groupings making room for several more). I liked the kitchen a lot; the supplies were good, everything was clean and operational, and I appreciated having lots of general items like trash bags, cleaning supplies, spices, sugar, etc. at the ready on move-in. The appliances are new and fresh and lighting is versatile and bright. There are wide screen tvs both indoors and outside on the lanai, which was a treat. The enclosed fencing for a pet was just wonderful and made our time here so much easier than other homes we’ve used in the past. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and the linens/towels were fresh and clean. The washer/dryer were easy to operate and worked well. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The owner was helpful and checked in on us a couple times via text. We had a wonderful couple weeks at this home! We highly recommend this property.
