Lovely house in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented the Simon for a family weekend and it was just the right size and location. Kitchen was well appointed, bathrooms were nice enough. The AC upstairs struggled to adapt to the July heat but Lucky's maintenance team was able to provide a couple of portable AC units to make it sleepable. Also the sheets provided for the sofa bed did not fit the nonstandard mattress so the guest in that room ended up sleeping on the sofa itself. Otherwise, the weekend went off without a hitch. Would absolutely stay here again.
Response from VrboOwner on 30 July 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re so glad to hear Simon was the perfect size and location for your family weekend and that you enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable bathrooms. We appreciate your understanding regarding the upstairs A/C during the July heat, and we’re happy our maintenance team was able to quickly provide portable A/C units to help keep everyone comfortable. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the sofa bed linens. We’ll be sure to share your comments with our housekeeping team so the bedding can be updated to properly fit the mattress for future guests. Thank you again for choosing Lucky Savannah. We’re thrilled to hear you had an enjoyable weekend overall and would absolutely stay with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back! The Lucky Team

The house was super well stocked with everything we needed and the dinning room was plenty big to host a family dinner. The porch was maybe the best hang out spot. The Simon in Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the house. The customer service was great and I got an immediate response whenever I had a question. Location is also very convenient. It would have been even better if there were more paper products provided (paper towels, toilet paper, klennex) and more towels. We only got two thin towels per person for three nights (we were not there long enough to do laundry) and more than a very small container of dish soap. Everything else was very nice. Need to get that front door lock fixed!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable! Check in and check out very easy and efficient. The convenience of having our own parking, close proximity to great restaurants and bus stops were all invaluable! Stairs were a bit rough for our older group, but we managed and would do it again for all the pluses this home has to offer!

Wonderful property!

Our family loves staying at the Simon during our recent visit to Savannah. The location is a beautiful area of the city and so convenient to many historic sites, restaurants, and activities. The house had a wonderful layout for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The 2 dedicated parking spots were also super helpful!
