Walk to the beach at Del Ray Beach State Recreation Site each morning, and come home to watch movies, play with your dog outdoors, or breathe in the fresh ocean air outside on the private deck.

This home sits three-quarters of a mile from the ocean beach at Del Ray Beach State Recreation Site, allowing you to easily spend your days boogie boarding, beachcombing, flying kites, and building sandcastles. If you're a golfer, you're in luck - the nine-hole Highlands Golf Club (the only ocean view golf course on the Northern Oregon Coast) is half a mile south and the 18-hole Gearhart Golf Links (the oldest golf course in Oregon, founded in 1892) is two miles south. You'll also be two miles north of the cafes and shops in downtown Gearhart, five miles north of bustling downtown Seaside with its oceanfront promenade, and 10 miles south of the ever-beloved Fort Stevens State Park.
