It could be cleaner. Cob webs, very dirty hand rail. But it met our needs for family. You need to advertise it is an upstairs kitchen! That was shocking, we don’t walk that well let alone climb stairs.

Most folks love the upstairs kitchen as it gives you a great look at all the wildlife but we will make sure to update the listing. Apologies about the cobwebs! Sometimes the vaulted ceilings make them tough to see. We will make sure the cleaner gets rid of them. Glad the house fit your needs👍

Nice property. Was big and spacious. Excited as we had a larger group that was staying here. Enough space to accommodate us. Property is in private association. Quite area. Close to beach. Sadly home was dirty as we entered, as though it had been empty for a while. Smelled like stale air inside. Bath towels were dirty with soil on them we had to wash multiple times before we used them. Washer doesn't rinse out clothes well and dryer does not dry properly.

The spa could have been a little warmer and most of the jets did not work good. The kitchen had everything needed to cook or prepare anything! Lots of space for your kiddos and we loved the closet FULL of board games.

Beautiful and large living/kitchen allows friends and family to gather comfortably. So close to the beach and beach communities. Gated community adds an extra measure of security. Would absolutely stay here again
