Large house between Montpellier and Nîmes

Our house is in Vergèze, between Nîmes and Montpellier, 6 km from the Gallargues highway interchange. This spacious home is ideal for two families or three couples. It offers a relaxing getaway for everyone, featuring a large pool (May–September), a large garden, a beautiful covered terrace with no neighbors looking in, and all the amenities of a home away from home.

The property features:

3 spacious, separate bedrooms with double beds and closets,
1 bedroom with a bunk bed, storage unit, and desk,
1 fully equipped open kitchen,
1 very large living room (which can also be used as a movie theater),
2 bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub,
2 separate restrooms,
free private parking right in front of the villa

The house is ideally located for exploring the region; the ocean is a 30-minute drive away.
The village of Vergèze is vibrant, with many local shops at your disposal: a butcher shop, bakeries, a market, local farmers, a pharmacy, a post office, a conventional supermarket, and an organic supermarket.
The village features a large performance hall and a movie theater. Events are held regularly (film screenings, shows, theater performances, evening events, etc.). The village has four restaurants, several pizzerias, and bars.

The village is located at the gateway to the Camargue.

- The Perrier spring, located in the town, offers guided tours.
- Scamandre Lagoon and Discovery Center (observatory for flamingos, herons, cranes, and nutria)—free admission: less than 20 minutes away
- Aigues-Mortes and Les Salins: less than 30 minutes away
- Espiguette Beach: just over 30 minutes away (about 35 minutes)
- Le Grau-du-Roi and the Seaquarium: about 30 minutes away
- La Grande-Motte and its beach: about 30 minutes away
- Nîmes: about 30 minutes by car or 9 minutes by TER from Vergèze
- Montpellier: 40 minutes by car or 25 minutes by TER from the Vergèze train station

Comfortable house for the whole family

The house was perfect for us. We have been there with 3 small children and the children and we felt very comfortable here. The pool has the perfect size and was very clean. The whole house was very clean and well maintained. The location was also very good. in about 30 minutes you are at the beach and in Montpelier. We liked it here very well and the owner and his family were very helpful.

Un très bon séjour dans cette maison très agréable et bien située ! Jardin et piscine bien entretenus Petit bémol concernant l’état du trampoline. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Les voyageurs sont partis sans trop communiquer. C'est dommage, ça aurait faciliter les choses. Sinon, ça s'est plutôt bien passé.

Superbe séjour dans cette jolie maison, pratique, et très bien située. Tout était conforme, comme indiqué sur l'annonce.Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir pu voir et participer à la fête votive de la ville, qui était magnifique, impressionnant. Nous avons tout simplement adoré !Nous recommandons cette maison sans problème, et reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se représente !
