The "Antioch" house is located within the walls of Saint Martin de Ré in a quiet environment 500 meters from the port and 900 meters from the beach. This house, on 2 levels, can accommodate 8 people, it includes: On the ground floor : A fully equipped living room (central heating, wood stove, TV, Internet) A kitchen equipped with oven, multifunction oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, hotplate, extractor, electric coffee maker + Nespresso, kettle, vacuum cleaner, etc. A master bedroom with a 140cm bed and shower, basin, WC On the 1st floor: A second bedroom, spacious with a 140cm bed and cupboard. A third bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible double bed) A fourth with a pull-out bed. The bathroom with shower cubicle, WC. Completely closed and private, the terrace (facing south) allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors, it has garden furniture with sun loungers and a plancha. The house has unlimited internet access. All blankets, pillows, and mattresses are provided.
