LOCATION – The Village Point Townhomes are located off Broken Lance Drive in the Warrior’s Mark area of Breckenridge. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a seven minute walk to the QuickSilver and SuperChair, and less than a ten minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. There is a free shuttle stop right at the entrance to Village Point which will take you to the slopes, town or anywhere in Summit County.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – 1 car garage with 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total
• No Pets / No Smoking
• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.
• HOA quiet hours are from 10 pm – 9 am and is strictly enforced

Awesome place!

We loved our stay. Love that the hot tub was just a step out the back door. And it was the perfect location, walkable to downtown breck. One complaint is that the upstairs master doesn’t have a real door. It’s a sliding barn door that has big gaps, so it’s not very private.

Ski Trip

This property was a great accommodation for my husband and friends for a ski trip. Within walking distance of ski lifts and Main Street. Would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 7 stayed here for four days and had a wonderful time! It was the perfect place to relax after all of our adventures - skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and tubing. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking item you could need. The rooms are comfortable and the linens are excellent. Lots of games to play and plenty of tvs. It was also wonderful to have a garage - especially with all of the snow we got! Great location and close to the shuttle to the slopes, which was so handy. Also close to shops and restaurants. This is the perfect spot for families!
