This is brand new construction just finished on the beautiful South Side of St Thomas centrally located close to several beaches and within 10 minutes of the island's main restaurant and nightlife areas. Completed October 1st.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal on a 600 square foot deck with a near 180 degree view of the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean. This house is modern comfort and amenities located in the heart of St Thomas.

Modern amenities, high-end furniture, well insulated with cool air conditioning, huge 600 square foot deck with amazing view of the Caribbean. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite baths. The kithen is a Chef's dream! Large automatic backup generator comes in handy during the occasional island power outage.

Property Manager also offers SUV available with the Property.

Property is located within 5 minutes of 3 different beaches. Two of the beaches have restaurants/bars located on-site while the third is down a dirt road and is nearly completely private. Central location on the south side means less than a 10 minute trip to Havensight or Red Hook with access to St John.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was stocked well with everything we needed. The view from the back porch was amazing we enjoyed sitting out in the morning drinking our coffee and in the evening we watched the sunset.

Lovely property

The property is lovely! It’s tucked away in the hills/mountains of St. Thomas with a wonderful view from the spacious deck. It is a newer property, which is well maintained. Everything one would need to enjoy St. Thomas is there. We very much enjoyed our time there.

Perfect vacation home!

We had a great time and stay in this home. The house was very roomy, clean, and stocked. The deck was very spacious and a great space for our morning coffee and breakfasts as we listened to the calming sounds of the birds and the amazing view of the ocean. Jared the owner of the property was an amazing host and extremely helpful and knowledgeable with his recommendations regarding the island for activities and dinning. The house was central to both sides of the island and close to many restaurants, beaches, and shopping. We will definitely return and stay here again.

Perfect place!

This home was perfect for our group of five. Spacious, clean property that was stocked with everything we needed and more. We rented the owner’s vehicle as well which was very convenient. Jared was a great communicator and was available at all times for any questions that we had. The views were amazing, and we had a great week exploring St Thomas!

Beautiful view of the bay. Hammocks were nice to relax in after a busy day. The house is built very energy efficient with new appliances and very clean. Great location to visit various beaches and bays around St. Thomas or go shopping downtown in Charlotte Amalie. Easy drive to the ferry to go to St. John or St. Croix for a day trip. Jared leaves a custom book with beach, restaurant, snorkeling, and scuba recommendations that were very helpful during our stay.

This house was great. The views were incredible. It was very well situated to get anywhere on the island. We loved the fact that Jared had everything in the home from shampoo to snorkeling gear. There was was even spices, beach towels sun block soap for laundry, dishes and dish washer. We saved Alot of money just by being provided with those things. Will definitely be back. Loved the island and the home.

It was wonderful!!

Jared was the absolute best host. He answered all our questions, left us a guide of selections in the area for food, activities, etc. He was available every time we reached out. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the view was amazing. We spent most of our time on the deck! I would recommend a vehicle with 4x4 as the house is on a mountain, but that's why you have the awesome views. I would definitely stay here again when we're back!!

The house was nice. The 3rd bedroom is not appropriate for a couple, maybe kids. No closet and no room to put a suitcase. All of the beds and pillows really need to be replaced. The house has a nice view and was not too far from everything we wanted to do. It took a bit to find the house at first. Overall, it was a good choice, except for the small 3rd bedroom and saggy pillows and mattresses.

Jared is a very good host. Our only reason for not giving five stars for everything were the mattresses which we all felt were too soft for our taste. He accurately described that driving to the house is a bit wonky. You’re almost at the top of the hill and for the first few days it was a bit of a challenge. There are a few things that could use a bit updating like the mattresses and some of the outdoor furniture, but all in all we were very satisfied.

The house and views are amazing. The porch is the star, the house immaculate and accommodations excellent. Would return without question. Jared was superb. Could not have asked for better 3bed/3bath. The beach equipment saved us cash. Watching boats and especially cruise ships come and go was great. View of Water Island. Lanai at Limetree was a new and excellent find for eats and sunset.

Perfect Stay on St. Thomas

Our family of 5 absolutely loved this property on St. Thomas. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The home has everything you need to cook, it has snorkel gear, towels, shampoo, etc. We ate all our meals on the deck which overlooks the ocean and neighboring islands. The house is in a great location, so close to Charlotte Amalie but not in the hustle bustle of the town. And very near to grocery shopping and Red Hook. Jared was great, giving very detailed directions to the home and offering perfect suggestions for what to do in the area and where to go for anything we wanted or needed. We rented the Highlander which was more convenient and less expensive than the car rental companies.

Great host, great home, great views!

Jared was very communicative and helpful from the very beginning. He gave many suggestions for my family of three adults and two children to enhance our experience and answered any and all questions we had. He even found and mailed my husband’s lost Beats headphones back to DC after we left! As for the house itself: amazing! Everything is new and modern, it is very well appointed, there is plenty of space for lots of people to spread out comfortably, and my God the porch with its views and furnishings! You will want to spend your entire vacation on the deck. It is exactly as advertised and once there it will exceed your expectations. If/when we go back, this will be the first place I will be looking to stay at.

Our stay was amazing. Iguana Haven was exceptional. Jared is a premier host. He is immediately available - if needed The home is incredibly appointed. I was impressed with the quality and variety of kitchen amenities. Everything is top of the line. You will also have access to all your ocean/beach needs. Chairs ice chest / with blue ice / towels / snorkeling - everything you could imagine. Beds and all linen bath towels etc are like 5 Star Hotel. Laundry along with all your needs were provided. All showering / shampoo was also provided. All you need is your clothes toothbrush. Jared has also taken the time to provide detailed ideas for beach activities dining and shopping. He also provides info on use of the home. He tells you to live as if you were home. He makes that possible with a Paradise Flair. I highly recommend Iguana Haven.

Amazing property in paradise

This is an amazing property. Everything is new and fresh. There is a very long covered deck, with a fantastic view of the bay. We would sit and watch passing boats and the colorful sunset. We made good use of the gas grill that sits on the deck. The TVs have the best streaming channels. The kitchen is very well stocked with all kinds of dishes, pots and pans, etc. When we first arrived, the owner gave us an orientation, which was helpful. The owner is very nice and very responsive. This beautiful house is conveniently located near various beaches and restaurants. My adult son, who stayed with us, along with his wife and child, said that this was the best vacation that he has ever had. I whole heartedly give this listing a 5 star review.

Excellent St. Thomas Property

I have rented a lot of VRBO homes and this was one of the best from start to finish. The owner really went above and beyond in providing amenities and communicating. He provides directions to the house with pictures, since St. Thomas navigation is a bit difficult since there are no road signs for the most part. The kitchen had everything you need including paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods. The bathrooms even had hand soap, shampoo and conditioner which I have never experienced elsewhere. The kitchen had anything you need including a whole cabinet of spices. Jared met us on arrival for a quick tour of the house, then was quick to respond when we had questions. The recommendations he provided on his favorite places on the island were invaluable. The best part of the house is the covered porch where we spent all of our time whether eating, enjoying the view or spending time together. The inside is absolutely lovely as well, however. I highly recommend this rental.

This was an excellent place with lots of extras that make the stay so comfortable. The host was accessible and helpful, there was shampoo, conditioner, spices, towels for the beach and games to play that meant we didn’t have to shop or packs extra stuff. The beaches were beautiful and the host gave a book of information. . We traveled with our adult children and their spouses and had a great stay. Beautiful view and time together and sitting on the deck eating dinner was amazing. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Find!

Jared’s property and hospitality made for an incredible vacation for my friends and I. He is extremely responsive and friendly, and takes care to be sure his guests have what they need and are enjoying themselves. The house itself is very clean and beautiful with a view that you can’t beat. We also took advantage of the chance to rent Jared’s car instead of renting from a rental company. In terms of cost, there is no comparison and it’s entirely worth it. We were able to get everywhere we needed to go safely and without the financial burden of a rental company. While the car is not cosmetically perfect, that is hardly a concern when you just need to make it up and down a mountain securely lol. The location of this property is convenient, a quick drive to a many beaches and grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Fabulous St Thomas stay

Property had a great view over French Bay and only 15 minutes from Charlotte Amelie. Property was in excellent condition. Kitchen was well stocked with high quality cooking equipment. Modern Individual air conditioner units cooled rooms quickly. Very clean. Owner lives next store met us when we arrived and was very responsive if we needed anything. This is one of the best vacation properties we have ever rented. Highly recommended.

Frenchman’s Bay

The house and the view are absolutely beautiful. We spent hours of enjoyment on the deck. Everything is meticulously clean and new. The house comes equipped with all sorts of kitchen utensils and amenities you wouldn’t normally expect. Anything you need to cook or bake is there. If you forgot to bring something or didn’t have enough room in your suitcase, it’s probably there. The owner was great to work with. Prompt communication and attention to detail. Great local knowledge and helpful suggestions on what to do.

Lovely hillside retreat.

We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the spacious deck. The kitchen was large, modern, and well stocked. Jared quickly responded to our questions. We really appreciated being able to rent his Highlander at a very reasonable price.

As a long time resident of St Thomas, I have always worked in the Hospitality Industry. Moved to St Thomas in 2005 as a Manager with the Frenchman's Reef Marriott. Since then I have taken to the water and have worked as a Scuba Instructor and Captain, Fishing Charter Captain, and currently operate private day trips on power boats.

This House has been several years in the building and has been an amazing project to finally see come to completion. Very proud of how amazing it has turned out.

I am the Property Manager and live in a house adjacent. Having lived on island continuously for over 17 years, I know all the best spots and I'm happy to offer recommendations or even take you to some of my favorites. I'm happy to interact or give you as much space as you'd like. I have a great little island dog named Monkey that lives with me.

As a bonus I'm happy to take you out boating for the best day of your vacation. Rental SUV is also available.
