The unit is located on a Cul-De-Sac and lives more like a single family home. Autumn Woods is a GATED community with a 2+ mile walking trail, 2 pools, a heated spa, a gym, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court and playground.

**HOA requires an application ($150 fee) & background check ($50 per person) to approve rental.

Great Stay in North Naples

This comfortable home is less than a ten minute drive to everything; parks, bike paths, shopping, dining, gulf beaches. This is a great ground floor unit in a friendly and beautiful gated community. Our gracious host was very helpful and responsive to questions and maintenance requests.

Outstanding owner

Condo is in a very nice community with friendly neighbors and a neighborhood pool in addition to larger club pool. Neither of which are crowded. Convenient to larger Naples, beaches and restaurants; I had a lovely time -
