Rents charming studio 29m2 very sunny on the first floor in a secure residence. Right in the city center 150m from the green park and rue Chambéry with all the shops.<br>Close to the train station and the thermal baths. Fully furnished, functional with all new appliances. (coffee machine: Senséo) Sofa bed rapido convertible 160X200 cm (dense quality mattress). Linen provided. Free fiber wifi. HD TV screen 80 cm with built-in Netflix. (Bring your password). Near casino, cinema. Near ski resorts: Savoie Grand Revard and Féclaz (25 min by car)Possibility to lend you snowshoes and poles.<br>For parking, I will show you a place where you can park for free near the studio.<br>In July and August, we rent a minimum of 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday. Possibility of cleaning package: 35€.<br>A deposit check of €250 will be requested for the studio. This check is not cashed and will be returned to you on departure.

Studio bien équipé et agencé, rénové et décoré avec goût (c'est déjà un voyage en soi!), à deux pas du centre ville et qui constitue un point de départ idéal pour visiter les alentours du lac et la région. Avec en prime une propriétaire aux petits soins et très à l'écoute, je recommande
