Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est bien équipé : petit lave-vaisselle, volet roulant électrique, clim, terrasse et mobilier jardin. Jardin bien, mais pas clôturé. L'espace nuit enfant était adapté pour nos 2 ados de13 et 16 ans mais je ne conseillerai pas pour enfant en bas âge (escalier pas adapté) ni pour ado trop grand. Proximité des plages et commerces. Le gardien du parc résidentiel qui effectue l'arrivée et le départ est sympathique et disponible. La piscine est les aménagements extérieurs sont bien entretenus. A notre arrivée, j'ai trouvé le logement pas très propre. (poussière, plan de travail gras, joints cabine de douche jaune.) Nous avons dû procéder à un petit nettoyage. Le nettoyage effectué par les locataires n'est pas suffisant pour avoir un logement propre. Il serait peut-être utile de réaliser un nettoyage complet à intervalle régulier + achat aspirateur. C'est le seul point négatif, mais je recommande cette location.
