Fun scooters and joyride tuk tuks next door. Parking space for one car. And free street oarking behind building. 10 min walk to Gulch, 20 min to Broadway Honkeytonks, 10 min To Music Row. Rental SCOOTERS everywhere, Joyride Cart rides next door, uber, lyft. No need to deal with Parking in those busy areas !
