We stay in a lot of nice homes while we travel and I have to say this was one of the best! So comfortable and cozy, yet spacious enough for large families or friends. House is completely stocked with everything you would need for a fabulous vacation or retreat. Clear and easy instructions and access. We had a GREAT stay!! Thank you Kandi!

House is stunning with amazing views, the pathway to the lake and bottom step to the dock however were a little precarious for children and older folk. Some of the dock and patio furniture cushions were tired and require changing out.All that said, we had a memorable stay at this property. It is quiet, peaceful, and perfectly located for a short journey to the airport, restaurants, shops, and lake amenities.And of course, the Georgia hospitality is something to cherish.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house at Flowery Branch on Lake Lanier. The home was well furnished and provided a warm environment for bringing our family together. The indoor and outdoor living spaces facilitated togetherness and away-places for rest. The host was prompt, helpful and thorough when texted a quick question or two. We would certainly look to stay at this home again the next time we gathered at Lake Lanier!

We stayed here for 5 days with my family for a reunion. There was 11 of us. We had plenty of room. Loved the huge kitchen!! Was perfect to accommodate all of our needs. We will be back! Thank you so much :))

The house was everything we wanted for a long weekend with family. Dock is gorgeous, house feels luxurious and is particularly well suited for kids. The best part though is the very gracious host who ensures easy communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Ms. Helms was a wonderful host, very welcoming. The home was immaculate and fully stocked with anything you could need. You literally could just get a few groceries and have everything else needed for your stay. I appreciate that she was always quick to answer any questions quickly and was very accommodating. We have stayed in many homes throughout the country and internationally, but I will say this is one of the best. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for luxury accommodations that still manage to be very comfy and family-friendly.

This is such a beautiful property, so well appointed and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My favorite being the beautiful views of Lake Lanier from almost every window in the back of the house. Kandi was amazing to work with. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic large family venue

For our family of 16, Bluewaters was the perfect spot. We spent many hours in and on the lake. We were a short car or boat ride from many activities and the lake was perfect for swimming or lounging. The owner is delightful to work with and provides everything you could want or need.

Perfect Lake Weekend!

This property is even more beautiful in person. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. Kandi was great and very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a weekend on the lake!

Wonderful property with lake Lanier right in your backyard

We rented this house over Labor Day weekend and had the most wonderful experience! The house has an awesome, very open floor plan, but the many bedrooms were tucked away with the perfect amount of privacy. 10/10 would recommend

Amazing Memorial Day Weekend to celebrate my son's high school graduation

We had such a great time and highly recommend staying here! Betsy has thought of everything and the home is absolutely beautiful. We have stayed in several different rental properties in different places and this was definitely the best and we hope to be able to stay here many more times in the future. Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time at this property. It’s in a great location on the lake, close to marinas and in a cove great for swimming off of the dock. The home itself is very thought out and beautiful. We spent a lot of time lounging in the outdoor space and cooked most of our meals in the house since the kitchen was so spacious and equipped with high quality appliances. We didn’t need anything during our stay but Kandi was great at checking in to be sure we were well taken care of.

Outstanding!

One of the coolest properties we have rented on VRBO - We did not need anything once we arrived, every detail was taken care of. I would highly recommend this property. Only draw back is a power line is close to the home at no fault to the owner and water at this location on the lake can get very rough, especially on a holiday but we would definitely rent again.

Thanks for being our guests! One of the givens of being on a point on Lake Lanier is that is where they cross the lake with their power. The line is very high above the house and lake so not a concern at all to us or our guests. The benefit though, is that trees must be cleared under these areas; while no other trees can be cleared on the lake. In the summer when all the trees are leafed out, this means we have a water view and most other homes can only see trees from their homes. Lemonade :) We look forward to having you back! Betsy
