This lake house was absolutely perfect as the home base for our family reunion. The property was extremely clean, host was very helpful and responsive, the kitchen was well equipped, and it had plenty of space for us to hang out. The lower level bar was a fun perk as we watched the World Cup together, and we all enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and fishing off the dock. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we hope to return in the future!

The only 2 things I would mention is a railing at the front steps would have made it easier and safer for older guests. And the bed in the front first floor bedroom is very high. A step stool would have helped. Otherwise it is an outstanding place.

Thank you, Bridget. Great feedback. I am definitely going to pick up a step-stool for that bed. As for the railing, I agree with you on that as well. I’ve had a terrible time trying to find a company to come out and put the railing in because it’s such a small job. Will continue that effort! I’m glad everything else was OK for you

Great House and Host!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was great, and was able to accommodate our family and friends of all ages. Host was excellent at communicating! There are quite a few stairs to get down to the dock, so just something to keep in mind should stairs be an issue. Highly recommend this home!

Very quiet, private spot on a beautiful39k acre lake. Dock and kayaks were great spots. Spent much more time enjoying the water than we would have at the beach. Comfortable, giant kitchen and dining area perfect for our group. Wet bar restaurant caliber. Rented boats and jet skis, fished. Plenty of chairs inside and out.

This home was the perfect place to spend our Christmas holiday! The number of rooms and bathrooms more than accommodated 8 adults. There are multiple decks as well as a two story dock where we could enjoy beautiful views of the lake. The large kitchen was well stocked and the layout was great for multiple chefs. We loved the huge dining table which had more than enough seating for meals and games. One of the highlights was the full bar which opened to a screen porch. Overall, this is a great home with wonderful common areas but many places to escape for some alone time. The owner was super responsive and a pleasure to work with!

We were thrilled with the property. It was beautiful and spacious for my husband and me, our two sons and their partners and our grandbaby. What a treat to spend time on the lake, play games, rent a boat and share my birthday together.

Prefectly peaceful retreat on Lake Lanier for a large family. Beautiful views from every room. It's clean. Beautifully furnished & decorated. Ten TV's (the grandkids were so impressed w that). We Loved cooking & cleaning in the fully stocked, large kitchen/living room. Huge table to spend hours with the family, eating, playing games and just hanging out. Comfortable beds & bedding. And then there's the lower level with the fun playroom/bar for Everyone. The big grandkids really enjoyed that space! There's a huge floating dock about 94 steps to the water with a couple kayaks we were allowed to use, altho we didn't. Communication with Deb was seamless. She was very generous and welcoming. This home was a blessing for our family. We're Very grateful and we hope to return.
