The villa with an area of 110 m2 on a plot of 850 m2, is built on two floors and has two private parking spaces in front of the house. Several free parking spaces border the villa.
The house is surrounded by a large enclosed landscaped garden without vis-à-vis and quiet.
On the outdoor terrace, facing southeast, you will find a table, 2 Acapulco armchairs, 4 deckchairs, a gas plancha, a large parasol.

The balcony of this room and the living room open onto a large wooden terrace with the swimming pool. The 8x4 salt water swimming pool has a depth that ranges from 1.30 m to 1.80 m. It is heated and secured by an electric shutter.
All areas are accessible to travellers except for one room on the floor where our personal belongings are stored.

- Cleaning must be done before departure (cleaning deposit requested on arrival 150 €). Possibility to request a cleaning company.
- Linen is not provided but can be provided on request.
