This comfortably furnished duplex is perfect for a unique Florida getaway. This home features a queen size bed in the master suite and a double size bed in the second bedroom. Enjoy the evening breezes in the screened-in back patio. Community pool is available for use for a nominal fee. Pets may be accepted; owner approval and applicable fees would apply. The home is conveniently located just minutes from shopping, I-95, and US-1. This home is a short drive to the India River and New Smyrna Beach. The Indian River features lovely boating, and the City of Edgewater’s boat ramp is just a short drive away. Several marinas in the area offer boat, paddle boarding, and jet ski rentals. Edgewater is a city in Volusia County, Florida, situated along the Indian River, adjacent to the Mosquito Lagoon. The City of Edgewater features beautifully landscaped public areas including Riverwalk, highway medians, trails and sidewalks.
