The Morgat Surf House is a 7-minute walk from the beach and the town centre of Morgat, a charming seaside resort in Finistère. Its colourful houses, its large sandy beach, its beautiful shops and its seafront promenade make it a renowned place on the Crozon peninsula.

You will have a large fenced garden of 1800m2 in a quiet area and a spacious family house composed of two independent apartments that can accommodate up to 7 people.
The upstairs apartment, designed for 5 people, is composed of two bedrooms with cupboards and wardrobe, a double bed and bunk beds of 140 x 200 and 90 x 200 for the second. A kitchen open to a large living room, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and separate toilets complete this beautiful and very bright apartment.
The apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to 3 people. You will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a closet with wardrobe. In the second bedroom, a pull-out bed will allow you to enjoy a bed of 80 x 200. In a cosy and warm atmosphere, you will also have a fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a living room with sofas and armchairs. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The south-facing house also has a common laundry room, a private and closed parking, an outdoor shower and a shed to store bikes, strollers, surf etc... A barbecue, deckchairs, outdoor games and three bicycles are also at your disposal.
