The location of the property and the cleanliness was great. When we were in bed, the overhead light in the second bedroom came on. We figured out later that the remote in the first bedroom was controlling both fans and lights in both rooms. And the opposite happened from the second room. There is something amiss with the fan/light remotes. The bedroom could use some fresh new pillows. We were not permitted to use the pools at all the entire weekend, so that was a disappointment. I’m not sure what the issue was. I think everything else was pretty good. I appreciate the cleanliness because that is the number one thing for me.

July family vacation

Great location - easy beach access and nice pool and grounds. Quick to get to tennis and pickle ball. Beautiful and spacious condo and great view of the ocean. Would definitely come back

Excellent Condo

The condo was clean and in excellent condition, as advertised. Beach Properties made the check in process seamless and called us several times during our stay to ensure things were going well. I’d highly recommend this property or using Beach Properties on future rentals.
