Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put dirty linens in laundry room if you can.
Put dishes in dishwasher and start it if you can.
Take out all trash to green bin to the right of the house. Blue is recycling.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
Close to everything! Easy walk to some great restaurants or a just a quick drive to grocery store, downtown Charleston, beaches and shopping. The pool is great if you are here in the Summer. A dog park is just a 5 min walk as well as a dock overlooking Shem Creek.
