Cheerful townhome near Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Charleston & Shem Creek.

Hang out in the gorgeously updated kitchen and bar or relax on the soft, cozy leather couch in the den. Patio has a privacy fence and can be used almost year round. WiFi and smart TV if you need to work remotely or help keep kids entertained. Bedrooms are a decent size and bathrooms have been totally updated. Relax in a nice bath in either bathroom. I will have better pictures soon. These were taken with a phone while we were furnishing it to get it live. STR Permit – ST240180

My daughter travelled to Charleston to attend a softball camp. We stayed a few extra days to enjoy the local sites and beaches. Location was Fantastic!! Everything you could need close by!

Family Vacation

Perfect location to visit Charleston and the beaches. Owner was very responsive to questions and provided a new grill for us to enjoy. Comfortable beds and super clean.

Summer Vacation

We had a great stay! The property was very clean. The location couldn’t have been better. We were close to great restaurants and close enough to Charleston to enjoy the city and the nearby beaches. We would definitely stay again!

A Charleston Christmas

I was very impressed at how clean the property was as well as how easy the owner was to contact, ask questions, etc. Our stay was wonderful! The location of the unit also made it simple to go downtown Charleston or into mount pleasant . I would stay there again as well as recommend it.

Great experience! Would return.

Super clean, recently updated. Perfect location to get to Shem, Sullivan's, IOP and downtown. Clint was very accommodating and very responsive.

The owner manager did respond well. It would be better if there was a keyless entry. He’s painting the unit now after our request that we left. It definitely needed a paint job on the inside -that was disappointing. Could you use better mattresses? It was clean and a nice location and I would stay there again now that it’s being repainted a lot of scuff marks inside.I don’t understand what people do to walls hand rails a/c vents with their suitcases? Air conditioner worked well. It would be nice if salt & pepper was left in the unit & more trash bags (2 to 3 plastic ones for kitchen can would help). He was responsive and brought us more hangers which were also needed & appreciated.

Amazing location clean property

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-appointed townhouse. The location was perfect, quiet, and safe. The property looked just like the pictures. Modern and updated kitchen with all the conveniences of home. The property manager was very communicative about answering questions quickly, and even accommodated a date change for us which was greatly appreciated.Of note: A few things were not working such as the water machine and ice maker on the fridge and the garage disposal in the sink. Also all the doors to the closets were missing or removed and leaning in the case of the master bedroom which seemed a bit dangerous. The rental included dish detergent and laundry detergent but no bath items (shampoo, body wash, etc) so plan to bring those with you. There is a coffee maker but no coffee. Overall a great experience though and we would stay again.

Easy and convenient

Husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Clint’s. The rooms are nice and spacious. Loved the master bathroom. Our only concern was the back door and back gate. Very hard to shut without being loud and using force for the back door. The gate will close on you if you’re not careful and won’t open from the alley. My husband went to the car to find a umbrella in a awful monsoon storm, it locked behind him, and he had to run in the flood around the block to get in the front door. Other than that, it was very nice, would like to stay again.

Great experience

Everything was as advertised and an overall great experience for our family of five. Very comfortable property and surprisingly calm considering the downtown location. I did not read the property's description properly so it was not a good idea on my part to drive my pick up truck. The parking space, as advertised, is fairly small. Totally MY fault. I had no problem finding parking spaces on the street although I was illegally parked most of the time (no ticket!).

Family historical trip

We chose to stay here because of its proximity to Ft Sumter and the plantations we planned to visit on this trip. The location was perfect with easy drives to each destination. The house was clean and comfortable for my family. With 2 college age children on this trip, having the quantity of bedrooms/bathrooms was very convienient.

Location, location....

This property is conviently located to restaurants, beaches and activities. Very much enjoyed and appreciated the USS YORKTOWN and Patriots Point Park as well as the dolphin cruise. Grocery options close by as well.

Good location

It was a nice clean townhouse close to a wedding we were attending at Patriots Point. The down side was that the beds were squeaky and there was no soap or shampoo provided. .

Great location!

We were in town for a high school baseball tournament. The location of the townhouse is great. Walking distance to Shem’s Creek. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.WiFi was a little slow and our AT&T cell service only had 1 bar while inside the townhouse. Not sure why but other places in town it was fine. The only other issues we had, which I brought to the attention of the owner and he said he would be fixing/replacing, was squeaky beds, broken toaster, and prior guest must have had a pet that left a few smelly stains on the stairway carpet. Assuming those items were remedied, we would definitely stay there again.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

We found the property to be close to everything we wanted to visit during our vacation. The property was clean and adequate for our needs, and while we were nervous about coming from a quiet little rural community, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was! Affodable for the area

This rental is what is advertised, nothing more. Price was reasonable for location. Beds are squeaky, pillows are flat. Could use new of each. Lack of hand soap and toiletries which the host quickly remedied. The location is wonderful for ease of getting to everything. Walking distance to Shem Creek.

I moved to Charleston in 1996 to attend college. I immediately fell in love with the lifestyle that historic Charleston and local beaches offers and never left. This may have to do with the fact that I'm in flip flops most days and rarely have to put on winter clothes.

Why they chose this property

It's hard to find a location in Charleston or the surrounding areas that gives you such quick access to beaches, restaurants, bars, historic Charleston, shopping and outdoor activities as this one does. This property has recently been completely updated inside and out. Ample parking in the front and the back make it possible for families with multiple cars to easily access the townhouse.
