All utilities included. High speed internet. Keyless entry. Washer and dryer in unit. Fully furnished. 1 king size bed in the bedroom and queens size sleeper sofa in the living room. Assigned parking. 10 mins away to Yale university. It's within walking distance of local transportation, local cafes and restaurants, the post office. We have taken great care to make this place feel like home away from home. It truly is a peaceful, relaxing place to be. perfect condo for travel nurses.
