The modern beach house Es Baladre / formerly Barbara is a completely renovated house in Puerto Alcúdia, less than 50 meters from the beach.
It is modern, with living-dining room, open, fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need. The living area is simply but elegantly furnished. On the ground floor you will find two of the three pretty double rooms and two bathrooms.
The third double room with bathroom en suite is on the first floor.
The house has a total of three bathrooms, two en suite. All three with showers.
Outside there is a large terrace around the house. A large dining table for 6 people and a mobile grill.
There is enough space for up to three cars outside and you have two entrances.
The main entrance, from where you can drive in, and a small second entrance that leads you directly to the beach.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern gereist und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Agentur und Barbara der Eigentümerin war ausgezeichnet. Rundum gelungen 😎

Traumurlaub garantiert

Wir kennen die Umgebung seit Jahren und haben das Objekt somit vor Ort ausgewählt. Die Lage ist top für einen entspannten Badeurlaub. Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage, alles ist frisch renoviert und optisch sehr ansprechend. Super geeignet, um abends auf der Terasse ungestört zu Grillen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Fazit: wir haben direkt fürs nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Danke für einen rundum reibungslosen Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Empfang durch die Eigentümerin.

Almost 100%

Lovely place but had a few things That let it down 😩 On arrival we met the lovely owner went through things all good . Then noticed no water in fridge to start us off , but we had a big water Mellon in there we opened doors in kitchen area as you do , no cleaning bits for toilets , kitchen no spare toilet rolls , no salt + pepper we had a lovely time but were were missing the basics to start our holiday , we didn’t want to go down the supermarket to buy This sort of thing, or our we wrong to think this? But as we say we did have a lovely time and we would definitely go back to have another holiday there Kind regards Mr Adrian Lower

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Vom oberen Zimmer aus hat man sogar Blick aufs Meer :) sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Jederzeit wieder!
