Matthias war ein vorbildlicher Mieter. Er kümmerte sich sehr gut um die Wohnung und übergab sie bei seiner Abreise in einem tadellos sauberen Zustand. Seine Pünktlichkeit war bemerkenswert, sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise. Die Kommunikation mit Matthias war während des gesamten Aufenthalts hervorragend, was den Austausch angenehm und effizient machte. Ich kann Matthias als Mieter wärmstens empfehlen und würde mich freuen, ihn in Zukunft wieder in meiner Wohnung begrüßen zu dürfen.
