Welcome to a very special place! Just 4 minutes to La Parguera town. Cayo Verde, is a peaceful, spacious property with a beautiful pool. The house has two units; both have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and WIFI. Both units accommodates 20 people, ideal for a big family or group rental. Spacious common area with hammock, pool table, bonfire, boat lot and play area. One acre lot to enjoy. You can rent one unit or both units with a big common kitchen, ask for the price.
