Immaculate Newer Beach House with Tons of Amenities

3 bedroom 2 bathroom Beach house 1350 Square Feet

This brand new 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious beach house was completed in May 2017 and is conveniently located in the Sea Isle Subdivision. This community is steps away from the beach and accessible to many amenities the community has to offer. The house has decks on either side of the house which faces the east and west for amazing sunrises and sunsets. The house is approximately 300 yards away from the beach which is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride.

Sea Isle Community - Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), boat ramp, marina, park, basketball courts, swimming pool and tennis courts. There is also a neighborhood bar and restaurant which offers great food an adult beverages. Sea Isle is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood which is buzzing with activity in the summertime.

Kitchen - The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops which has an open floor plan to the living room. It is well equipped to fulfill all your cooking needs. There's a full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers and Coffee Maker.

Living Room - The spacious living area is newly furnished with a an extra large sectional couch and a 50 in. flat screen TV with BlueRay DVD player. The house offers cable and free internet access.

Bedroom #3/Master - King bed with HDTV with walk in closet, personal bathroom with stand-up shower and bathtub

Sea Isle community pool access pass $100. The pass is valid for up to 10 family members for the duration of your stay.

Great family getaway

Great community feel with beach access and a good restaurant in the area. There is also a grocery store for convenience. Overall, a great family getaway. Any concerns were brought to the owners attention with a quick followup.

Perfect House

We last minute booked our stay here due to overbooking at another location and we are so glad we went this direction. The house was clean, great size, prompt communication from Al and Gretchen, we would definitely stay again!

Great stay

The property was excellent, and fit our group perfectly. I want to thank Gretchen for a wonderful time! If there was any questions she was always available for us. She was wonderful to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a great stay in Galveston.

Perfect Location, Adorable Neighborhood, Beautiful Home

What a great experience! We LOVED this house! It's a shirt Golf Cart ride across the street to the beach, the neighborhood playground down the street was perfect, AND the food at the neighborhood restaurant was so good. The owners were always responsive and so nice! The house was perfect for us (3 adults, 1 child). Oh, and we spent our nights outside playing the Ring Toss game, talking and laughing.

Fall Beach Getaway

We had an awesome time during our stay. Location was great. Everything we needed was available. Short golf cart ride or walk to the beach, playground area , restaurant and marina. Beach house was very clean and spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back if available.

Family beach vacation

Great trip to Galveston. House was clean and had all the amenities. Close to the beach and even used the golf cart! Great community with a fishing pier on the north and restaurant/bar too. Rained a couple days but we were close enough to go to Galveston for siteseeing.

EXCELLENT! House is AMAZING!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. House was very clean and decorated so nicely. The house had everything you could possibly need on vacation. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and wash cloths. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs. Definitely plan to stay again! Owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.

Much needed vacation!

This house was perfect for our family! From the house, to the layout, to the beds, to the stocked kitchen, to a washer and dryer, to the grills, and the outdoor tables and chairs! There were plenty of towels, pots and pans, utensils, soap, shampoo and conditioner, even beach toys for the kids! We added the golf cart and pool pass which were both a MUST! And a nice add on. Access to the fishing pier was great too! Location of this home is prime! It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of busy Galveston and sandwiched between the beach and the bay. The marina store had anything you forgot (which wasn’t much because this house was STOCKED!). The property managers were amazing and super quick with communication! Check in and out were easy. Can’t wait to come back!
