Sunsets every night are the best part of this house while enjoying your favorite beverage. This property enjoys views of the bay from the third floor (living room, dining room, kitchen) and two of the four bedrooms on the second floor have view from their deck as well. Taking the time to enjoy the sunsets will be one of the many memories you will create while enjoying your vacation on the island.
For $25 per person you can have access to the resort style Pointe West Beach Club, right down the road, for your entire stay. At the Resort you will find: 8000 sq/ft Beach Club and Reception Desk with easy access to the beach, Large Infinity Pool, Hot Tub, Children's Pool, Men's and Women's Locker Rooms, The Gift Shop, Game Room, Fitness Center, Sunset Pool, Lazy River, Hot Tub (located at western end/bay side of property), Surrounding waters are perfect for fishing, crabbing, kayaking and other water-sports, Property is bicycle/jogging friendly, and perfect for golf carts.

The house sports a television with ROKU in each of the bedrooms and the living room totaling 5 TVs. The living room has a Blue Ray player and the cabinet is stocked with movies. The sound system supports your ability to connect to your music app through ROKU so you can play your favorite music while enjoying the sunsets, your meals or while enjoying time playing games. High speed wireless access, central air and heat, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer is located on the property to make your stay easy. A charcoal pit is provided for those times when you would like to grill. Please bring your own charcoal and fuel.

Would stay again

It was the perfect house. We had extended family in town from Europe and the house was just what we needed for the 9 of us, 5 adults (40s to late 70s) and 4 kids (9 to 13). The location was great and we rented a golf cart to get around, highly suggest especially with a large party. We took full advantage of the beach club for pools, fitness area, and beach acess. The house was clean, had great space, and all the ameneties we needed. We were impressed with everything that was provided from beach towels to basic toiletries. Michael was great about communicating and answering questions prior to arrival and also setting up getting access to the beach club. The whole process was very easy and I received many compliments from other family members about my choice of house. We had a great time at the beach and pools. We also took a trip to the Strand. Everything is easily accessible and a variety of activities for everyone. My favorite was just watching the sunset on the bay. We will definitely stay here again.

The owner was very accommodating. I had a couple of questions and he answered them promptly. Would recommend this house for family. The only thing is make sure to bring gates for the stairs if you have infants.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful time on our weekend getaway staying at this lovely house. We enjoyed the quiet of the bay side of point west. The views were beautiful, the house well appointed, and our contact could not have been more helpful. Our whole group loved it!

We found the beach house perfect for our family! We had 7 adults, one teenager, one child, aged 71 to 4. The owner was responsive to our needs and a gracious host. The rollaway beds were an added benefit. Sullivan Family

The views invite relaxation on their own. If you like to fish, wade fishing in the West Bay is some of the best on the island. San Luis pass allows for movement into and out of the bay.
