Seawinds 25 - This unit is not pet friendly.

Sea Winds 25 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse style (2 floors) condo with the south facing balcony highly desired by winter guests and a peek of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. The master and guest bedrooms are carpeted with a king bed in the master and two twins in the guest bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. This Sea Winds condo has all the amenities of home including internet access, a one car garage for your sand and beach toys or a smaller vehicle, full size washer and dryer and all the kitchen equipment you could ask for.

The Sea Winds property is a gated property with a private boardwalk to the ocean, a pool, a jacuzzi, and a clubhouse that can be rented for private functions.

Reservation will include a $45.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We willl send you the information ifi you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.

Rikki Badders de l’agence n’a pas respecter la modification.

Malheureusement, autant le représentant Rikki Badders que la compagnie de location professionnelle Sovereigh and Jacobs rental n’a respecté la demande de modification de la durée du séjour à l’intérieur des dates limites spécifiées sur VRBO en novembre. On m’a chargé 2 nuits de trop. N’étant pas bilingue, la compagnie de location s’en ait lavé les mains et Rikki Badders n’a jamais répondu à mes messages pour me rembourser les 2 nuits de trop du 2 au 4 janvier 2022. Je ne réserverai plus jamais avec eux.

Nice property and location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property in St. Augustine. It was very close to the beach, and about 15 minutes from most of the historical sites in St. Augustine. The property was very well equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend it.

Great Visit!!

We were thrilled with the location of the property. It was a short walk to the beach and we were supplied with everything we needed on the beach. We liked the layout of the unit as it provided plenty of privacy for everyone. The area was very quiet and relaxing. We had a little hiccup with our payment and Rikki was great to work with as we resolved the issue. Communications were great and everything we needed for check in was on the counter waiting for us. Thanks for a great Christmas vacation!!

Very nice location - comfortable and clean.

This is a great location - close to St. Augustine, and right on the beach. It was quiet and extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed. Publix is within walking distance, restaurants are close by. Easy check-in and great service by the property manager.
