The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed. The living room sofa bed accommodates up to two more guests.

This clean and modern 2nd-floor condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, washer, dryer, dishwasher, games, TV in every room, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach towels for your personal use. Within the complex, the condo is just steps from a beautiful private pool and outdoor lounge chairs. Just down the street is a community park with tennis courts and a playground. This condo is right in the middle of everything so no matter what you are here for this is the perfect home base.

The condo was adorable and very close to the beach. It was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We utilized the pool once and it was very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Also the checkout procedures were normal, not like some places have where they want you to deep clean. This place was easy to check into and easy to check out of.

A short walk to the beach, centrally located if you want to drive to other areas like historic Saint Augustine or farther north for some delicious restaurants. You really can’t get any closer to the beach without spending a lot more money, so this worked out well for us. The property was also spotless, which was great.

This is one of the best VRBO I have stay at. Clean, well kept, beautifully decorated and comfy beds. It’s was within walking distance to the beach and about 20 minutes to old St Augustine

Wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool and beach access is amazing. Beach life and historic St Augustine are both convenient. Beds were comfortable and the beach chairs/ umbrella/ cooler/ boogie boards were appreciated. My family had a great time! We would definitely stay again.
