In the district of Vensac-Océan 2.5 km from the centre of Montalivet, 9 km from the centre of Vendays, 85 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, terrace, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop "Av. De l'Europe/Montalivet" 2 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Cycle lane 50 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
