Magnificent and large 18th century house, in a mountain village
Spacious, bright, and inviting rooms, polished hardwood floors, warm wood panelling, and local stone: an entry hall, the living room with its fireplace, the dining room with its large round table, the study with a beautiful piano, and a kitchen and pantry on the ground floor. On the ground floor, a beautiful landing with a huge closet leads to four bright bedrooms with high ceilings and walnut built-in closets, as well as two large bathrooms, one of which features a spa tub recessed into the floor. On the second floor are three charming white bedrooms under the eaves and a large bathroom decorated in shades of blue. The south-facing garden is very peaceful. Mature fruit trees provide welcome shade in the summer, and the lounge chairs invite you to read or daydream. The house is located in a mountain village that’s ideal for hiking, rock climbing, or canyoning in the summer, as well as snowshoeing, downhill skiing, or hiking in the winter.
