This gorgeous multi-building property is located on New Seabury's Ocean Golf Course. Main home and two 2-bedroom guest homes connected by private court yard with beautiful pool and outdoor bar. Located in New Seabury - the very best of Cape Cod. Plenty of room for family and friends. Short distance to beaches and within walking distance to everything.

Main house (master bedroom with his and her baths), rec room, living room with cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the New Seabury award-winning ocean golf course.
Pool House
The first guest house has two bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with triple queen bunk beds), two baths and a small TV room with kitchenette.
Guest House
The second guest house a living room, kitchenette and one bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and an additional kids' room with bunk bed.
All homes are connected by breezeways or deck and are connected to a gorgeous court yard with stunning Gunite in-ground pool and outside wet bar.
All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen smart TV's.
Extra-large Weber grill, beach chairs and umbrellas provided.
Property is within walking distance to all New Seabury has to offer - restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf and much more.
