Holy Shiplap - it's SO beautiful!

This is a wonderful little gem of a property!! It is exactly like the pictures and then some!!! The beds were all super comfortable, there was even a basket with toothbrushes/toothpaste, which was perfect because one of us forgot our toiletries. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/etc and very nicely remodeled. There are 2 full baths downstairs and one full bath upstairs, so we had lots of space for the 5 of us to get ready. Everything was very clean and super cute decorations! We enjoyed a day full of Magnolia fun and a quiet night in of door dash, wine, and good company. Plenty of room for everyone to lounge and catch up comfortably, and then spacious room to have our own space for sleeping at night. The loft bed and master bedroom upstairs are super cute, but you do have to climb a beautiful spiral staircase to get up there (with your bags) so that space may not be practical for everyone to get up/down from easily. The master bedroom was very large, and the loft bed is right off that and above the living room area...it's tucked away where you can get a good night sleep and not be disturbed if others are up in the house downstairs (with being reasonably quiet). Everything about the house is super charming and the host was very responsive! We felt very safe in the home and there is great parking behind the property, which was perfect, because the house is located directly next door to and across from two different businesses. We were there for a long weekend though and didnt hear a peep from them. It's also a typical Waco neighborhood, where there are some older homes in dis-repair, alongside gems like this that have been beautifully restored. It was a quick maybe 10min drive to the silos and downtown activities and was the perfect spot for our group of five for a long weekend girls trip! I would definitely rent this property again in the future!

Perfect Weekend

This home was everything we hoped for and more. It was a perfect girls getaway for 7 friends. The home was clean, neat and well stocked with everything we needed. It was close to downtown and all the fun activities we chose to do. We highly recommend Holy Shiplap.

great house for a girls trip!

4 of us stayed here over the weekend and really enjoyed ourselves! Some of the best towels ever! Porch and porch swing were wonderful place to spend a spring afternoon. Very close to all the fun stuff to do. very large back yard and parking area that made having multiple cars a breeze!
