Its Victorian/Magnolia fused design with 12' ceilings & spacious rooms make it a must stay. Inside you'll find comfy beds, a stocked kitchen, and even a built-in Bluetooth speaker! Enjoy a perfect day on the patio with cornhole, a fire pit, & a charcoal grill.

We allow pets! There is a $50 pet fee. No breed/weight restrictions.

Week in Waco

Super clean home and all the things you could need to be comfortable. We cooked every night and enjoyed the kitchen. Close to all things to do and visit in downtown Waco.

Beautiful home

Everything was nice. I would only suggest more towels are needed or to be told to bring more and to switch out the comforters for summer weather.

Nice place. Great AC, had a little trouble logging into Netflix and getting the tv sorted but finally figured it out. Shower in master dropped a lot of water outside the shower, really suggest a curtain or something to keep it in. Bed was comfy. Pillows not so much but no place (even hotels have good pillows). I did not like that there was no desk to work, had to work at the table and there was hair left in the sinks, around the toilet, and in the restroom. Eww.

Cute and Comfy

The house has been nicely renovated and is very comfortable. The neighborhood is on the historic side. Some new/remodeled home, some older homes. It was a very peaceful place.

Girls Trip

Weekend trip with my daughter and grand daughters. The house is lovely and well appointed! I love the renovation. It is compact, but the rooms are spacious. The girls had fun with corn hole in the backyard, and we could easily keep an eye on them. Although we decided not to bring the dog, the dog bowls and treats were a thoughtful extra. I would highly recommend this property!

Cute Victorian!

This house was perfect for our family group of three; we each had our own bedroom/bath. We loved having wine and appetizers on the deck and were happy to have a well-stocked kitchen especially with coffee!

Clean sheets, comfortable beds, bathroom not well lit and faucet handles awkward, nice kitchen and living, yard tall grass needs attention, sidewalk big chunks of concrete trip hazard, nice back porch, stains on dining chairs, floor . , convenient location,Not handcap assessible, overall well worth money. Microwave door has broken piece. Needs new bedroom flooring.

Great 2 day stay

In town for a Baylor football game and stayed two nights. Easy to get to and close to stadium and The Silos. Would definitely book again if coming to Waco.
