About this property

Beachy Coastal House With Charm!

Our amazing house is located just off of Bonita Beach Road, west of 41, west of Vanderbilt Drive in Bonita Springs, FL. It only takes a few minutes to get there on a bike.

Our property is a 1,550 square foot house with a screened lanai with a two car attached garage. It has a king bed with it's own master bath suite complete with a claw foot tub, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a writer's den / artist studio in the back yard.

The space
The property has an air conditioned outbuilding in the back yard which we've set up as a writer's studio inspired by Ernest Hemingway. It's a true man cave and a quiet place to read your your favorite book. Or, if you want to be like Ernest, there's a typewriter ready for you to capture a few stories inspired by your visit.

There is also a guest cottage located on the right side of the main house (see the picture). This main house and the guest cottage are separated by a soundproofed breezeway and locked exterior security doors which allows complete privacy. The guest cottage is also available to vacation renters.

Spring Family Getaway

Great neighborhood/location for beach and family fun activities, visiting relatives who live nearby, tennis, mini-golf, scoop shops,… House was “eclectic beachy decor” with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms opposite sides of common kitchen/living area. We would rent again and recommend for small group 3-4.

CHARMING.......Must Stay

Amazing Property.....Felt like I was on vacation at a resort. Interior is tastefully done in a beachy decor. Exterior - never seen anything like it. This is a newer pool area that the hot tub sits in a pool of water and rocks, a sitting area platform one end of the pool and a table with bench at the opposite end of the pool. The property manager stayed in touch to be sure that I had everything that we needed. This is truly a tropical oasis.
