Winter getaway to the beaches and house with a pool

The large kitchen, comfortable beds, private garage and pool were perfect for a winter getaway. We really liked this clean home and spacious patio seating. Highly recommend.

Naples’ first trip

We had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend stay at this VRBO rental in Naples, FL. The house was spotless upon arrival, which made settling in a breeze, and its location couldn’t have been better—just a short ride to the beach. The private pool was a highlight of the trip, offering the perfect spot for relaxation and fun for our whole family group. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the peaceful, well-kept neighborhood added to the experience. We’d gladly return for another stay!

Getaway with husband to visit grand kids who live in the area

Would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker as we had coffee and filters that we brought with. It was nice as our daughter and grandkids live close by so we were able to see them and able to have them come over for a cookout and swim. Would definitely rent this place again!

Spring getaway

The property was exactly what we expected. The weather was perfect. The beach chairs and umbrellas made going to the beach perfect. I just wish the pool was a littler bit warmer. Other then that everything was perfect.

The house was great, the weather wasn't, it rained every day. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. The screened in pool was nice. A little cool but with not much sun the solar panels weren't able to heat the pool. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We stayed for a few nights and the house was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The property manager was very responsive and answered the only question we had within an hour, which was a huge help before we even arrived to Naples. It was a great experience and we'd highly recommend this property.

Naples Park always a good location

Naples Park is a great location for all that the Naples area has to offer. We have stayed in Naples Park half a dozen times now, and previously owned a property in Bonita Springs for 10 years. This property was typical of some of the older properties you get in Naples Park. To rent a newer property you would pay a lot more. We had a great vacation. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Thank you Anna, we had a great time.

Great location, very nice property

The property is very nice and the listing details are very accurate. The communication from host is impeccable and the check in process very easy. The location is fantastic! Like other reviews, the only thing you should be aware of is that the pool is not heated. Overall, great place to stay.

Great location and lots of space. The patio area is great. We were able to have family over and enjoyed to screened in Lani and yard. Walk to the beach was a little farther than anticipated but worked out ok

National Championship week

The communication with Anna was great. She actually allowed us to check in early due to early arrival. I had driven 12 hours so you can imagine how exhausted I was. The location was in an excellent neighborhood. We didn’t have to drive far for my son’s football games all week. Would I book with her again, absolutely!

The pool area was nice even though not heated. Kitchen had everything we needed. We found the beds to be very uncomfortable with very old mattresses. None of the beach umbrellas were usable.

Lovely home in a great location

It is close to the beach and a short drive to all the restaurants and grocery stores. The home is beautiful and very clean. We didn't have good weather so we unfortunately didn't get to use the pool, but I would have loved to. The outdoor backyard patio would have been a great place to hang out and relax. I would definitely stay here again.

2 week stay

Overall our 2 week stay was fine. The house is as it is listed. The neighborhood is in a good location and centrally located. However, the neighborhood does seem to be going through a transition. The type of homes and condition of those homes were all over the board. The neighborhood is very quiet which was nice. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space. I don't think the kitchen is properly stocked for the number of people that can sleep there. Four coffee mugs, minimal glassware, knives that barely worked, etc. I also question if the home was stocked for a two week stay as we ran out of toilet paper and tissues. Instructions on how to use the television would be appreciated. The lanai is lovely, the pool is unheated (which I knew, but still unfortunate). Plenty of seating on the lanai which is where we spent a majority of our time. The grounds around the lanai could use some work. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. The communication with the property owner was nice, but I wish we didn't even have to. Overall, the home was sufficient for our needs.

Good place to stay in Naples

Overall, we were happy with our stay at this property. The pool area and bedrooms were a good size but found the living room a bit small for our family. It was clean and worked for us for the most part. I was very disappointed they didn't have a gas grill, but that was not listed on their amenities. Pool was very nice to have but wished it was heated. We really enjoyed our stay and access to everything Naples.

Great stay for Labor Day Weekend

We really enjoy staying in the Naples Park neighborhood near Delnor-Wiggins and Vanderbilt Beaches, close to everything. The home was perfect, beautifully appointed with everything we could need, very clean and updated decor, plenty of linens and extra towels, etc. Pool and covered patio area was amazing, we spent most of our time out there having fun in the water. Highly recommend this property and we would surely book again in the future! A+++

July 2023 Stay

Some details about our stay that factored it not being 5stars. The house was renovated but it wasn’t recently. There’s a ton of rugs, mostly old and worn everywhere. TVs are old except for the the in the Master but it covers the mirror. House had stale smell, looks like no one has been there a couple of months based off reviews. When we arrived no ceiling fans were on, pool pump was off so pool was full of bugs and low on water. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper & with 6 adults that is unsatisfactory. AC struggled to cool because it was not lowered prior to our arrival & when we checked the filter it was filthy. I did communicate the pool issue within an hour of check in Friday. Unfortunately the pool guy didn’t come until we went out to dinner last night after 7pm on Saturday so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool during our stay. Positives were that we did have clean linens, plenty of towels but not having enough toilet tissue to was just disappointing because we had to go out at 10pm to Walgreens to buy a pack. There was beach chairs, umbrellas in the garage so that’s a plus if you need them.
