The Location itself ist located with a fantasic view on the Lake. The flat The Sound of the highway can be heard depending on the direction of the wind.

Le domaine est familiale et équipé de deux piscines agréables permettant aux petits comme aux grands de se dépenser.Les résidents sont accueillants et n'hésitent pas a vous saluer.En ce qui concerne le logement, celui-ci mériterait quelques petits changement.Plus de rangement pour les vacanciers, moins d'affaires des propriétaires( dans divers pots, au dessus/dans armoires..)La toilette bouchée dès notre arrivée et écoulement eau dans la douche problématique Cependant il était plaisant d'avoir des jeux de sociétés a disposition.

Vacances au calme proche des plages

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est bien aménagé, il dispose de tout le necessaire. La literie est confortable. Le logement est situé dans une zone isolé au bord de l'étang de Fitou/Leucate. C'est ideal pour se retrouver au calme même s'il est situé proche de la voie ferrée et d'une route passante.

Dommage que ce logement ne soit pas équipé de machine à laver. Laverie automatique loin. Les échanges avec le propriétaire quasi inexistants, y compris lors de l’arrivée et du départ. Néanmoins, maison agréable dans l’ensemble avec une jolie vue depuis la terrasse sous la vigne

Un très agréable sejour

Après quelques difficultés pour situer notre location dans ce vaste domaine du Pedros, et quelques inquiétudes en découvrant la proximité du chemin de fer, et de la nationale, nos craintes se sont vite envolées, tant le calme règne. Nous avons finalement passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Patricia. Rien ne manque, très bien équipée et aménagée. La vue sur l'étang était un enchantement quotidien, très apaisant. Les 2 piscines libres d'accès, les innombrables balades possibles, l'ambiance familiale et chaleureuse ont contribué à notre bonheur lors de ces 15 jours de vacances.
