About this property

Villa 12p (8 ad max) with private pool. 1400 m2 of wooded grounds.

At the gateway to the Gard, the Ardèche, the Drôme and Provence, close to the roads but quiet, enjoy the southern climate just a stone's throw from many activities and on site with its services.
The villa is located on the outskirts of Bollène, close to the centre. You will spend a superb stay, certainly not in the quiet of the countryside or the vineyards but certainly not in the noise of the city. A great alternative to be close to all shops, communication routes and many activities. (Lake, tree climbing, walks, museums, kayaking, sea at 1h30, bike paths, vineyards, Ventoux...)
