Charmingly presented with cottage décor, the living room opens to a surprise package - a generous fenced and sheltered courtyard with a deck area perfect for summer BBQ's.

Lots of sunshine and light here with a fresh fully equipped kitchen.

The two double bedrooms are served by a spacious bathroom with shower over the tub and hideaway laundry.

Very well located in the up-market St Heliers suburb, the cottage has plenty of space, 2 outdoor seating areas, one ground floor and one upper level facing the stunning Auckland city views.

The cottage is private and is perfect for your couple getaway. Alternatively, our pull out bed and portacot (on request) make it an ideal place to stay for a young family looking for an easy, comfortable and convenient accommodation.

We use a professional linen service, and high quality cotton and linen bedding.

We follow the 5 step enhanced cleaning process which involves cleaning and sanitising right down to the doorknobs. Ecostore environmentally friendly cleaning and laundry products used in the house and paraben / SLS free hand soap/body wash available for guests.

We have everything you need to make your stay easy. This includes Smart TV, boardgames and wine glasses to help you relax, unwind and enjoy your stay. Also some books and toys are available for your little ones (there is nothing like someone else's toys to give you some peaceful moments from your own children).

Relaxing space

The property is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, is well equipped and modern, has a wonderful patio for alfresco dining and has an upper yard sitting area with an expansive view. The only downside is that it is not centrally located for tourist purposes. We handled that with Ubers to avoid driving in an unfamiliar large town, so it wasn’t a serious problem.

One month in Saint Heliers

Two adults and two golden retrievers. Great location close to beach and large reserve. Everything we needed was provided. Easy to keep clean with the pups. Washer and dryer a great plus. Promoted accurately. Owner very accommodating.

Clean Tidy Private

Awesome little unit with nice courtyard, clean and tidy, quiet neighbourhood and very accommodating for me that I could have my little dog stay as well with nice dog park just down the road in walking distance , woukd definitely stay again
